BAFFIN ON THE ROCKS
If you’re a salt water fisherman, then you’ve heard of Baffin Bay! And if you’ve heard of Baffin Bay, then you know that it’s synonymous with big fish! Big speckled trout to be specific! Baffin on the Rocks has 350’ +/- of frontage on Baffin Bay. A seawall protects the property from tide erosion and tidal surges from hurricanes. Water for drinking, washing and the swimming pool is provided by a water well.
Fishing is the obvious draw for this property, but the wildlife is also a plus. Sport fish species include speckled trout, red fish, flounder and drum. With the close proximity to the Gulf of Mexico, a large variety of sport fish are available. Wildlife on the 26 acre property includes dove, quail and the occasional nilgai. Day hunts for hogs, nilgai, turkey and ducks and geese are available through various outfitters.

Each cabin had Central AC/Heating, 2 Bedrooms, each with 2 queen-sized beds; Living room with 2 futons that fold out in to a double bed: 2 full bathrooms; a fully equipped kitchen; wireless internet; satellite television and a barbeque pit.
Baffin on the Rocks also has a 300’ (that’s a football field) long pier. It is lighted for night fishing and has water for cleaning our trophy as soon as it comes out of the bay. An open air, covered pavilion, an air conditioned, glass enclosed party room and swimming pool round out the improvements. For your convenience, storage containers house washing machines, dryers and ground maintenance equipment.

Watch Rattlesnake Slither Onto Boat Causing Quite the Scare
A group of friends met an unfriendly creature on the sea as a rattlesnake tried to jump into their boat. Anthony Baciocco, 19, was out on the water of Folsom Lake in California with some friends when they noticed a rattlesnake swimming in the water. In a horrifying turn of events, the serpent then came on board, causing the group to scream in horror. They pushed the throttle to make their getaway but the serpent would not be deterred.
