UK SUBS SCARBOROUGH
A few minutes from the UK Subs gig at the Corporation Club Scarborough. Used cheap camera so bits of noise, clicks & hum on soundtrack and of course camera mics not designed for this volume of sound just for the whispering trees & buzzing bees.
Buy the official DVD when it's released for much better audio & video quality, plus you get the whole gig and not just 18 minutes of random footage.

Try Again......
UK Subs Teenage, Scarborough
A short video from the gig in Scarborough at the Corporation Club. The song was for me as it was requested by my Dad for my 18th birthday. Charlie changed the lyrics to suit us, as my Dad builds and flies model airplanes and we were talking about that in the bar for a good hour or 2 before the gig started. Unfortunately my favourite lyrics are the Lambretta lover ones, but still got to say fox furs on my grill aha.

Business Description
Preferred Commercial is pleased to offer for sale this popular community public house which was established in 1872 and which has been in our clients' hands since 2007, The business operates as a traditional public house and is renowned for its real ales, cask ales and Sunday lunches. The business won the North East CAMRA Real Ale Pub of the Year in 2010 and was the Durham CAMRA Real Ale Pub of the Year for 2010 and 2011. The Surtees Arms also features in the Good Beer Guide and is cask marque accredited. The business boasts a bar, lounge, dining room and function room and generates a turnover in the region of £125,000 per annum with a gross profit of 56%. A new owner could increase turnover by extending the opening hours, and offering food all week. There is also scope to promote the function room. The pub is host to darts and dominos teams, Leek Club and offers regular entertainments with quizzes, live entertainment, beer festivals and barbecues. The property benefits from 2-bedroom owners' accommodation. We feel this is an ideal opportunity to acquire a popular community and real ale public house.
