MoMS in Cedar Key Florida a Big Hit
I created this video with the YouTube Slideshow Creator (
This exhibit is in place to make you “Think About It” – Think about all of the different places you have worked. Consider how those workplace environments affected your work. Imagine the darkness of a coal mine, the fierce winds atop a skyscraper, the heat of a foundry against your skin, or the noises and bustle of a hospital. Americans works nearly everywhere. Every workplace brings different experiences and challenges. Where we work affects when we work, with whom we work, and the way we work. “Think About It”
Many enthusiastic visitors are being drawn to Cedar Key to experience MoMS. Museum on Main Street.

The Barnacle Bed & Breakfast, Big Pine Key, Florida Keys
This video shows the grounds of The Barnacle Bed & Breakfast, Their Beach Front & also the inside of the main house.
Just to clear one thing up about the seaweed (Wrack) on the Beach. It has been there for a long time even though the owners said it wasn't. If you vacation to the Keys you will deal with Wrack on the beach it is just how it is, so they cannot really help it either way. The one thing that can be done is keeping trash out of it. So I think you can see it in the video but if not there is a lot of trash mixed in and probably contributes to some of the smell. I will say while we were there the smell of seaweed in the sun was not bad though. This place would be a whole lot nicer if they would just keep the beach clean of trash. You cannot manage the Seaweed, but you can manage the trash debris.

Homes & Land of Florida Spotlight on Dunedin, Florida
While Dunedin, Florida has a small town image, it is actually a bustling city of 37,000 residents. One of the oldest towns on the West Coast of Florida, it has a wooded and subtropical setting with almost four miles of picturesque waterfront, a relaxed lifestyle, and activities for all likes and ages, making Dunedin a truly delightful place to live or visit.
Dunedin offers something for everyone. A quaint and active downtown, beautiful parks, recreational activities for all ages, history, culture, educational opportunities, a wide range of housing choices, and much more. The Dunedin area enjoys near perfect weather, with an average summer high of 80 degrees and a winter low of 62 degrees. Just off the coast of Dunedin are two of the communities' most unique assets, Honeymoon and Caladesi Islands. Honeymoon Island State Park is less than a five-minute drive from the mainland, and offers a natural getaway for boating, swimming, fishing, picnics, and nature exploration. Caladesi Island State Park, accessible to the public by ferry from Honeymoon Island or by private boat, has consistently been named one of Florida's top ten beaches and has won the coveted #1 spot for the best beach in America according to Dr. Beach.
The City of Dunedin also has one of the finest municipal marinas on the West Coast of Florida, offering safe harbor for sail and power crafts with dockside conveniences of water and electricity.
Dunedin's economy is firmly rooted in the service industry, tourism, retail, financial institutions and services, health care, real estate and some light manufacturing.
Delightful Dunedin, with its rich Scottish heritage, is home to the Annual Highland Games and many other community festivals, making it one of the most popular places to live, work and play.
Begin your exploration with a visit to the Dunedin Chamber of Commerce, located at the west end of downtown, 301 Main Street, in its beautiful, historic building, for the information you'll need to discover Dunedin.

Key West Poker Run - Florida Keys Bike Week
Hit the road as motorcyclists from throughout the United States travel one of America's most scenic highways for charity during the annual Key West Poker Run.
Riders on as many as 10,000 bikes are expected to traverse the Overseas Highway which stretches 113 miles from mainland Florida to Key West and crosses 43 bridges.
The Atlantic Ocean lies on one side of the highway, with Florida Bay and the Gulf of Mexico on the other, providing Poker Run participants breathtaking vistas of open sea and sky.

A section of lower Duval Street, Key Wests main thoroughfare, is closed to car traffic so bikers display their bikes. Live music as well as food and libations add to the events appeal.
Sponsored by Phil Petersons Harley-Davidson, the Key West Poker Run serves as an important fundraiser for several South Florida charities.

The Nightmare World of Gang Stalking
More than 10,000 people worldwide claim they're the victims of a vast organized surveillance effort designed to ruin their lives, a phenomenon known as gang stalking. Mental health experts see gang stalking as a symptom of paranoia, but the self-identified victims who insist what they're experiencing is real have come together online and in support groups to share their stories.
VICE met up with a handful of Americans who claim their lives have been derailed by gang stalking to understand what serious consequences the phenomenon presents. Then we hear from Dr. Josh Bazell, one of many physicians who believes the victims of gang stalking are experiencing dangerous delusions that could be treated by mental health professionals.

The Last Wright: Preserving Frank Lloyd Wright's Legacy
By 1908, Frank Lloyd Wright was considered the most innovative architect in Chicago. He traveled to Mason City, Iowa, to design a unique business block- a bank and an adjoining hotel, facing a park.

The Architecture of Frank Lloyd Wright:

Soon, scandal and tragedy would ruin his career, but the Park Inn would remain, one of his last Prairie style structures. This unique film traces the life, death, and possible rebirth of a Midwest downtown through the prism of the Park Inn.From 1926 to the present, the Park Inn witnessed alterations and downgrading, while Mason City dealt with an economic downturn in the 1960s and a decaying reputation in the 1970s. While the city struggled to fund renovations of the Frank Lloyd Wright hotel in the 1990s in an effort at heritage tourism, it also attempted an economic revival with a $20 million tribute to the musical comedy The Music Man, which was set there. As a last resort, the city decided to place the Park Inn on Ebay. Which vision of Mason City will prevail? Through a blend of rare archival footage, period music and a comparative look at stunning Wright masterpieces in the Midwest and Japan, The Last Wright raises issues of the sustainability of landmark structures and offers a provocative, ironic tapestry of a century in an American city.

Recognizing Opportunity and Executing On It | COLLIN AUSTIN | Gainesville, FL Entrepreneur
When I went to the University of Florida, the building I gave this talk in didn't exist. It's incredible to see the growth of UF and Gainesville over 19 years of being here and being able to go back and speak and invest time into today's students is an honor. I had put out several micro-pieces from this talk and had several people ask me if I would release the entire talk. So, here it is. Please share it with that person in your life that could gain some value from this and have them reach out to me if I can ever offer a word of encouragement along the way.

Early in 2004, an opportunity presented itself that would forever change the direction of my life and the culture of an entire community. I would sit at a bus stop day after day trying to catch an RTS bus to campus and this bus would pass me by with the words FULL BUS displayed across the top. This opportunity merged with a drop shipping and importing opportunity with one of my best college friends and ultimately led to the creation of New Scooters 4 Less in March of 2004. 14 years later, New Scooters 4 Less (NS4L) is one of the largest scooter dealerships in the United States and continues to break its own records and the sales records for some of the top scooter distributors in the country. NS4L has provided jobs to tons of amazing people, reached millions of dollars in revenue, sold thousands of scooters, and has serviced thousands more.
NS4L has become well known within the business community for it’s unique, eccentric, and innovative culture developed around a single core value: Create and recreate the Ultimate Customer Experience, or UCE.
Since the birth of NS4L, the University of Florida and the Gainesville Community have forever been changed.
Our vision is to be the most trusted, go-to scooter dealership in existence and to revolutionize the entire scooter industry through our core values, innovation, and by creating that ultimate customer experience. We want to make Gainesville, FL the scooter capital of the world!
Over the years, New Scooters 4 Less has been recognized with several community awards including Purpose 20 Award (2015), Impact Award (Collin, 2015), Gainesville Area Chamber of Commerce Small Business of the Year (2015), and many national awards including Gator 100 (2015), Top 3 Dealer for Bintelli Scooters (2014, 2015), Number 1 Southern Dealership for Bintelli Scooters (2016), Top 5 Dealer for Wolf Brand Scooters (2017), Top Ten Dealer for Genuine Scooter Company (2015, 2016), and Number One Dealer in the Country for Genuine Scooter Company (2017).
Today, the dealership is being run by my amazing team as they free me up to build our next company, a customer experience digital media agency. With our number one core value being to create and recreate the ultimate customer experience, we wanted to help other businesses that share our values do this exact same thing. We will help businesses do these things in a multitude of ways that are completely custom to help them achieving their goals.
