Mike and Katie's International Golf Club Wedding in Bolton, MA
If there were a word to describe someone who loves autumn, that would be me. It is not hard to imagine why, with me living in New England and being a wedding photographer. So I was thrilled to be photographing Mike and Katie's fall wedding at the gorgeous International in Bolton, MA. This place is located in what is probably the state's best kept secret for incredible fall foliage. It also boasts some of the most visually interesting elements for wedding photography. From it's really cool stone walled water feature, to its massive weeping willow trees, there is almost too many choices for the enthusiastic wedding photographer to choose from. How could it get any better than this? I'll tell you how. You can have a groom whose family home is located on a beautiful lake front property in Framingham, MA, and who allows you to take advantage of this gorgeous real estate to capture some amazing shots of one incredible couple. It was the perfect day, the perfect locations, and the perfect bride and groom to get the traditional and creative fall wedding photography Mike and Katie had hoped for.

Karen + Howie - Sweet Summer Wedding at the Four Seasons Boston
Karen and Howie were wed on a beautiful summer day in August at the Four Seasons Hotel in Boston.
Karen and Howie imagined their day to be comfortable with lots of love and kindness with a natural, easy feel. When they visited the Four Seasons, they fell in love with it's stunning but unfussy ballroom. Most importantly, though, Karen could perfectly envision her walk down the aisle to her husband to be, Howie. We joined Karen and Howie as they were getting ready for their anticipated First Look. Karen was dressing with her bridesmaids and family with some final touches. Her beautiful wedding gown was complemented with a simple veil and a mixed bouquet of summer flowers. The gentlemen were prepping as well with the groom straightening ties and having plenty of laughs. The First Look took place on the balcony at the Four Season which overlooks the Boston Public Garden. Capturing this tender moment is always precious and these two were no different - we always fight back tears! Their Jewish ceremony took place in the main ballroom under a chuppah that was effortless and dreamy. Karen likes to remember many special moments but her most favorite is when they exchanged their personalized vows with their nearest and dearest watching.
Karen and Howie assembled a top-notch team of design vendors who created a warm, inviting atmosphere that felt very Karen and Howie. Romantic lighting by the experts at Suzanne B Lowell Lighting pin-spotted the lush, full, floral centerpieces by Artistic Blossoms - a timeless design that echoed the easiness and sweetness of this couple. Dinner and toasts made way for desserts and dancing making for an evening of smiles and celebrating! Congratulations again, Karen and Howie! We absolutely loved capturing this day with you and am so excited to share these highlights with their loved ones.

Radon has no color and no odor, making it difficult to identify without the assistance of Bolton, Massachusetts Radon Mitigation. The EPA states that radon is in the rock and soil that underlies all areas of the United States. As it escapes from the ground, it can seep into homes or buildings that are above an affected area.
It is thought that radon results from the breakdown of uranium into radium. Professional Bolton Massachusetts Radon Mitigation can test for the presence of the gas. Radon is everywhere and home or business owners need Bolton MA Radon Mitigation to determine the level of concentration. In buildings where the levels are too high, professional Bolton Massachusetts Radon Mitigation can reduce them to acceptable levels. Techniques for reducing or eliminating radon often involve the placement of one or more suction points below the level of the foundation of a building. Additional methods that provide a way for gases to escape are used by Bolton Massachusetts Radon Mitigation.
A pipe that extends above the roof of a building allows gases to bypass the interior living space. Connecticut
Connecticut (/kəˈnɛtɨkət/, kuh-NET-i-kət) is the southernmost state in the northeastern region of the United States known as New England. It is bordered by Rhode Island to the east, Massachusetts to the north, New York to the west, and Long Island Sound to the south. Its capital city is Hartford. The state is named after the Connecticut River, a major U.S. river that approximately bisects the state. The word is derived from various anglicized spellings of an Algonquian word for long tidal river.
Connecticut is the third smallest state by area, the 29th most populous, and the fourth most densely populated of the 50 United States. Called the Constitution State, Nutmeg State, and The Land of Steady Habits, it was influential in the development of the federal government of the United States. Much of southern and western Connecticut (along with the majority of the state's population) is part of the New York metropolitan area: three of Connecticut's eight counties are statistically included in the New York City combined statistical area, which is widely referred to as the Tri-State area. Connecticut's center of population is in Cheshire, New Haven County, which is also located within the Tri-State area.

Jonathan and Erin's Old South Meeting House Wedding and Boston College Club Reception
There is something very unique about shooting a wedding in Boston, especially when it takes place in the more historic areas, like Government Center. In this part of the city, we didn’t have to travel far to incorporate some of Boston’s most iconic elements for Jonathan and Erin’s Old South Meeting House and Boston College Club wedding. We were but a stone’s throw from Christopher Columbus Park and the Boston Harbor, so naturally we took advantage of the beautiful scenery to get that unique mixture of city scape and sea to create some very dramatic shots of the couple and bridal party. Here the couple braved many onlookers, well wishers, and the chilly wind in order to get the classic Boston wedding photography Jonathan and Erin had wanted for their big day. Everyone was in great spirits as we headed to the Old South Meeting House to witness Jonathan and Erin exchange their vows in an intimate ceremony before celebrating well into the night at the very classy Boston College Club reception, where both the staff and views of the city skyline are among the best of Boston.

The Impact of 'Maximum Pressure' Sanctions on Iran - LSE - Persian Society
A very timely panel discussion about the impact of 'Maximum Pressure' sanctions on Iran, hosted by the LSE Persian Society.
Topic of discussion:
Iran is currently under crippling sanctions re-imposed by the United States following President Trump's withdrawal from the JCPOA in May, 2018. These sanctions have not only suffocated Iran’s oil, shipping and banking industries but have had profound humanitarian implications by restricting domestic access to medicine and aid - even during the recent floods that devastated the nation. The Trump administration has called it the biggest sanctions action the United States has ever undertaken against Iran, as a part of 'Maximum Pressure' campaign designed to cripple Iran's economy. Iran's President Rouhani has labeled it an act of “economic war” and said his country would win. This panel discussion seeks to highlight and assess the impact of these sanctions on Iran's economy as well as the health and welfare of the Iranian people.

Bass Rocks Wedding at the Elks in Gloucester
Getting to work in one of my favorite locations two weekends in a row is like hitting the wedding photography jackpot. Especially when that location is gorgeous Bass Rocks located on the pristine shore line of Gloucester, MA. Talk about your eye candy! What made Raymond and Alexandra's wedding even better was, thanks to impeccable location of the Elks at Bass Rocks, they tied their knot right in front of this breath taking view. We started the day off photographing Alexandra at her parents home. Ever the smart bride, she and her bridesmaids took care of all the finishing touches, dress included, on location at the Elks. Just down the road at The Rockport Inn and Suites, a favorite of grooms and groomsmen, Raymond was getting ready for the big day. Fortunately, for him it was only a five minute drive to the ceremony. The ceremony took place just as the sun ducked behind the Elks Club building, creating the most perfect spot light on Raymond and Alexandra, as thought the heavens were giving them their blessings. Afterwards, it was on to an incredibly fun reception with some incredibly delicious food thanks to the hard working staff of the Elks. Another wonderful and successful wedding shot in one of my all time favorite places.
