We rode some of the finest singletrack i've seen! Fast open trails with jumps, sketchy sandy berms, rock rollers, a million windy turns through an eucalyptus forest...what more do you want? One hell of a day!

FREERIDE: Mountain biking the south coast of Portugal [Algarve]
Bringing a bike with you on holiday is an awesome way to see the place.
Praia da Luz in the Portuguese province of Algarve offers some amazing trails. There's a mix of freeride lines along the cliffs, xc riding along the coast and a short drive away at Monchique, there's some epic enduro and downhill to be had.

New All Mountain track in the Algarve Portugal
have started work on a new All Mountain descent in the Monchique mountain range. It follows the ancient pathways used since the Romans lived here. Passing through some of the most stunning valleys these paths were used by people on foot or by donkeys carrying loads. The routes we build are shuttled so you only ride the descents. Portugal's Hidden MTB Paradise - Part 1
Portugal is full of great riding destinations but this place in particular I had never heard of before. Some friends recommended stopping by here on our way around the country and am I ever glad we did!
Figuera Da foz is home to some sweet coastal riding and some of my favourite conditions, hot and dusty! Almost every lap ended at the beach and the trails were amazing. Jumps, berms, high speed, chunder, and some sweet flow. This zone had it all. Ending every day at the beach with an ice cream and beer was alright too ;)

We rode some of the finest singletrack i've seen! Day 2 brought a torrential downpour, hub deep puddles, crosswind on jumps, sketchy steep sections with loose rocks and surprising amounts of grip...what more can i wish for? One hell of a day!
