The Nethercutt Collection & Museum | Vintage Auto TV
For those already 'in the know', the Nethercutt Collection and Museum is a world-class automotive collection with hundreds of historical cars. Of course if you are a car enthusiast and haven't heard of the Nethercutt, you might wonder why you haven't before now.
While our focus is obviously on classic automobiles, the Nethercutt also includes a world-class collection of vintage mechanical instruments including phonographs, grand pianos, European orchestrions, Nickelodeons and a Wurlitzer Theatre Organ. Lets not forget the antique furniture, clocks and watches, automobile mascots and hood ornaments. And with all the award winning cars - they have a nice collection of trophies as well.
Rare, historic, everything works and more than likely you'll be amazed by the artifacts you will encounter.

Inside The Nethercutt Collection Car Museum - Los Angeles
The Nethercutt consists of two parts. The more obvious half, the Museum, features mostly cars from the '30s and before. Row upon row of beautifully restored cars, most of which have names forgotten in the modern era. A few -- Fords, Dodge Brothers, Cadillacs, and Rolls -- speak familiar names.
Out back, a steam locomotive and single train car sit partially covered by an awning. They look like they match, even though the engine is several decades younger. The Pullman railcar was custom-built for the daughter of Lucky Baldwin. It shows the elegance and extravagance of 100 years ago, much as custom BBJs do today.

A Good FLYING DAY at Sylmar California
This flying site is located at Sylmar, California, just 20 minutes from Los Angeles.
The weather conditions were great for flying. There were a lot of pilots in the air (including some tandem flights) after I arrived at the launch point on Kagel Canyon about 3,540 feet MSL.
Due to the traffic in the air, we all made sure that we were radio checked, connected and aware of each pilots position in flight. It was a super fun flight, and as always, the views were amazing from my glider.
One of the last two pilots to touch down is my flight instructor, Joe Greblo, an absolute legend in the sport of hang gliding.
