The Red Apple, oogappel van Rotterdam
Rotterdam wordt steeds meer een wereldstad. Voor wereldburgers die zich nergens anders zo thuis voelen als juist hier aan de oevers van de Maas. Het spraakmakende nieuwbouwproject The Red Apple, een initiatief van Havensteder staat symbool voor de internationale allure van Nederlands enige echte metropool. Letterlijk, met een 120 meter hoge vuurrode woontoren die het toonbeeld is van durf en spraakmakende architectuur. Maar vooral ook van binnen is The Red Apple een bijzonder gebouw. Door de hoge glazen puien presenteert de stad Rotterdam 24 uur per dag een doorlopende voorstelling. Met uitzichten tot ver over de Maas of oog in oog met het topje van de Euromast.
