Since leaving London and heading on an adventure solo traveling, I've recently discovered a love for yoga. This most definitely goes hand in hand with my love for health and wellness.

Visited my first Yoga retreat in Thailand and something I highly recommend doing at least once in your life. The resort we were at, was an all inclusive providing us everything from the moment we landed into Thailand (including all food & transportations). The Yoga retreat is targeted to a variety of people that are looking to; lose weight, depression, lost in life, a getaway, spiritual meditation, heeling, physical / mental health problems or even if you are just looking to get fit.
One great thing that we didn't take advantage of was they offer professional consultations with Doctors expert in their field (this was the only thing that was an extra cost; people that can help personalize your diet, diagnose muscular problems, personal life coaches and a lot more). But you are entitled to a free consultation.
Massages are also included in the resort where you can have one 4 times a week (and a footage massage every SINGLE day!)
