Senator Sessions 1
Baltimore area bands get together to support the historic Senator Theatre in Save the Senator: A Baltimore Revue on February 13, 2009. My amateur video of the event includes three of the bands that played that night: The John Hardy Boys, U.S. Royalty, The Payola Reserve. Other bands played and were also great, but I was having too much fun to catch all of them on video.
Please help support the historic Senator Theatre as it transitions to a non-profit community arts and entertainment venue.

State Senator Joan Conway & thugs attack & batter constituent, Tom Kiefaber 11/1/2014
A 2nd version of the attack, with a slowed video section, better illuminating the swift, painful impact of Senator Conway's outrageous bitch slap of constituent, Thomas Kiefaber. On Friday, November 1st at 11AM at a public *Vacants to Values* Auction of Kiefaber's former home located at 501 Orkney Road in Northeast Baltimore ,adjacent to Belvedere Square, a documented assault & battery took place.
Senator Joan Carter Conway, someone named Anthony and a third (as yet unidentified) adult male first threatens Kiefaber, then the trio suddenly attack, slap and pummel him in an attempt to inflict injury & seize & destroy Kiefaber's still running video camera.
Police ten arrived, and initially cuffed Kiefaber! yet upon hearing what took place, defied MD Senator Conway, determining that Kiefaber should be released from custody & that his camera should be returned to him, over the strenuous objections of the actual documented attackers.
The victim is now pressing assault and battery charges against all three perpetrators depicted .
Subsequent to the assault and battery attack, Senator Conway herself was personally one of the high bidders on the property, which sold for a whopping 180K. Follow the money and you'll find corrupt elected official criminality, & why they want anti-corruption, citizen activists like Kiefaber silenced, criminalized and if at all possible, imprisoned.
This time around, though, it was the police who were called to the scene by a notoriously corrupt and powerful politician to further victimize a private citizen, and the cops admirably refused to follow through with such an obvious attempt to blame & jail the victim.
Senator Sessions 4
On the weekend of February 13-15, 2009, local bands got together to support the historic Senator Theatre, as it transitions to community-owned non-profit arts and entertainment venue. These clips are from the psychedelic concert (one of four separate concerts that weekend) and include Adrian Bond and Telesma.

Listening is a more natural way of learning, when compared to reading. Written language only began at around 3200 BC, but spoken language has existed long ago.
Learning by listening is a great way to:
- increases imagination and understanding
- improves your listening skills
- improves your own spoken accent
- learn while on the move
- reduce eye strain

First Amendment restrictions at the Baltimore County Animal Shelter
TAKE ACTION:
No cute animal pics? Sarah Hardy took pictures of dogs and cats at the Baltimore County Animal Shelter to help them find homes, but was fired from her volunteer job for taking photographs.
First Amendment rights are the foundation of Americans’ ability to hold government agencies accountable. That’s why it raises red flags that the shelter has sought to prevent volunteers and members of the public from taking photos of animals and speaking out with concerns about conditions and practices.
Tell Baltimore County officials to lift First Amendment restrictions at the animal shelter:
John Waters. Filth 101. 2000 3/4
John Waters, American filmmaker, director, writer, personality, visual artist and art collector talking about his films, work, biography, ideas and philosophy. John Waters, born 1946, in a public open lecture with students and faculty of the European Graduate School EGS, Media and Communication Studies department, film and movie program, Saas-Fee, Switzerland, Europe, 2000. John Waters.
John Waters rose to fame in the early 1970s for his transgressive cult films. John Waters' early films were all shot in the Baltimore area with his company of local actors, the Dreamlanders. In addition to Divine, the group included Mink Stole, Cookie Mueller, Edith Massey, David Lochary, Mary Vivian Pearce, and others. These early films were among the first picked up for distribution by New Line Cinema. John Waters' films premiered at the Baltimore Senator Theatre and sometimes at the Charles Theatre. John Waters' early campy movies present filthily lovable characters in outrageous situations with hyperbolic dialogue. His early films, Pink Flamingos, Female Trouble, and Desperate Living, which he labeled the Trash Trilogy, pushed hard at the boundaries of conventional propriety and movie censorship. A particularly notorious final segment of Pink Flamingos, simply added in as a non sequitur to the end of the film, featured, in one take without special effects, a small dog defecating and Divine eating the feces. The 1981 film Polyester starred Divine opposite once-teen-idol Tab Hunter. John Waters films have become less controversial and more mainstream, although works such as Hairspray, Cry-Baby and Serial Mom still retain his trademark inventiveness. The film Hairspray was turned into a hit Broadway musical, which swept the 2003 Tony Awards, and a movie adaption of the Broadway musical was released in theaters on July 20, 2007.
John Waters' most recent film, the NC-17-rated A Dirty Shame, is a move back toward his earlier, more controversial work of the 1970s. He also had a cameo in Jackass: Number Two, which starred Dirty Shame co-star Johnny Knoxville. John Waters has stated that his next movie will be a children's film titled Fruitcake. John Waters is currently a professor of Cinema and Subcultural Studies at the European Graduate School. In 2007, he also became the host (as The Groom Reaper) of 'Til Death Do Us Part, a program on America's Court TV network featuring dramatizations of real-life marriages that soured and ended in murder. A gay American, Waters is an avid supporter of gay rights and gay pride.[4] He is also a supporter of the United States Democratic Party.
Waters has been known to create characters with alliterated names for his movies including Tracy Turnblad, Motormouth Maybelle, Dawn Davenport, Donald Dasher, Link Larkin, Penny Pingleton, Sylvia Stickles, Wade Walker, Wanda Woodward, Mona Malnorowski, David Divine, Bo-Bo Belsinger, Francine Fishpaw, Sandra Sullivan, Prudy Pingleton, Todd Tomorrow, Mole McHenry, Ursula Udders, Fat Fuck Frank, and Ramona Rickettes.
Art and Activism at ArtScape 2019 Mosby's Toilet
Dear States Attorney Mosby,
I am respectfully asking the office of the State's Attorney as well as Police Commissioner Kevin Davis to aid and assist me in accessing the Grand Jury to bring charges against States Attorney Scott Shellenberger, for malicious prosecution, false imprisonment, and abuses of power by his office in prosecutorial discretion concerning the State of Maryland vs. Duane G. Davis Sr. 2/7/2001. Theft of property, knowingly bringing false charges to the Grand Jury, obstruction of justice, knowingly locking up the whistle blower concerning the corruption of the courts in Baltimore city and Baltimore county under Governor O'Malley's administration.
I filed a Witness Protection application request on 2/2/2011 with your predecessor Gregg Bernstein. Five days after my submission I was illegally arrested in Baltimore County by Scott Shellenberger for charges of terrorism, for Blowing the Whistle on the corruption in the courts and naming the public officials involved.
My case deals with Judge Turnbull, Judge Souder, Judge Jena in Baltimore County. Judge Holland, Retired Chief Justice Bell were all informed of my Whistle Blower activities. Judge Pearson instructed me to go through the State's Attorney to access the Grand Jury. So now I am knocking on your door, requesting that you accompany me as well as Commissioner Davis to access the Grand Jury in the Calvert Street Courthouse to bring charges against Scott Shellenberger the same way that Commissioner Davis brought charges against Leopold in Anne Arundel County for abuses of power in his office. I gave you an email during the 2010 elections requesting access to the Grand Jury at the NAACP candidate form. I also submitted evidence directly to your assistant Balia Ali, via email of which he told me he forwarded to you over 30 days ago.
On January 28, 2016 Advocacy Day in Annapolis I shared my care and concerns with Senate Judiciary Chairman Senator Bobby Zerkin, Senator Lisa Gladden, Delegate Moon, Delegate Jill P. Carter and various members of the House and Senate Judiciary Committees to exhaust all of my remedies at the City, County,State and Federal levels Congressmen Elijah Cummings, Senator Barbara Mikulski, Senator Ben Cardin and Congressman Dutch Supercharger. On 5/8/2008 President Barack Obama, then Senator Barack Obama, asked for a full investigation of my incarceration and treatment while in Lake County Jail. I am a Whistle Blower and a subject of an investigation covers the courts in Lake County Illinois, Baltimore County and Baltimore City as well. Shellenberger uses his office to distribute Jim Crow justice under the protection of prosecutorial discretion which highly impacts the black , Hispanic and poor white community in Baltimore County. As Gregg Bernstein did in Baltimore City.
In closing, I respectfully request that you respond to this letter within fifteen days, in writing, so that we can set a date to jointly approach the grand jury in the month of February before my statute of limitations is exhausted concerning my case. You can contact me at ddshortman@gmail.com or call me at 443 831 1188. I prefer that you communicate with me in writing to the address located at the top of this letter. It is your moral and ethical obligation to hold all citizens and officials accountable to the laws of the state of Maryland and the Constitution of these United States.
Respectfully Submitted,
Duane G. Davis aka Shorty
