One of the most amazing meals/experiences ever was our first anniversary spent in the Shelbourne for dinner--the place where the Irish Constitution was drafted in 1922. My husband was going back to America and I was staying on in Dublin for the next three weeks without him. Technically, it was the day before our anniversary.... Anyways, I can't say I remember the meal, but I remember being wowed by the fanciness and the service. I think the food was good too. We had a view of the park. It was perfect.
