Putin and WAGNER punitive units against citizens. Zapolskiy Cartoon President
#ZapolskiyTV #Zapolskiychannel #ChannelZapolskiy #Putincartoon #cartoonTrump #cartoonPutinTrump #CartoonPresident #Zapolskiy Cartoon President
Why does Russia use armed formations that are contrary to the law on mercenaries in international conflicts ? What is the difference between two soldiers according to the personal chef of Russian President Yevgeny Prigogine? This is the “Zapolskiy” program and the Kremlin is in touch with us. Vladimir Putin personally answers all my questions after I gave him an injection of virtual truth serum. Tell Vladimir, why did you create a private military company Wagner?
Well, it's not me. There are two simple guys, simple as bricks, they came up with PMCs of Moran Security Group - Vadim Gusev and Yevgeny Sidorov, registered the Hong Kong private sector Slavic Corps and recruited people who know how to shoot in Syria. Through its headquarters in Moscow, where the “Tema” bar along Potapovsky Lane 5 is, more than 200 people passed along. They were hired as a guard.
Did your friends from the Lake cooperative use this organization to protect fields and oil pipelines in Syria?
Well, when Gusev and Sidorov were hunchbacked, they sculpted, the legend was that the mercenaries were going to Syria to protect fields and oil pipelines, but everyone knows that they went there to participate in the civil war on the side of Bashar al-Assad. The remnants of these detachments returned to Moscow, they were interrogated, and Gusev and Sidorov were given a threefold, they were put in Lefortovo for three years for mercenary. After them, a retired lieutenant colonel Utkin took up this task, he had a Wagner with a cry, and it was from this VChK that Wagner turned out to be already a terrorist in 2014 in the Donbas. Through them we promoted the ideas of Novorossia, conducted military operations and formed detachments on the ground.
This means that the “Wagner Group” is actually a disguised unit in the structure of the Russian Defense Ministry, and is subordinate to the Russian government and you personally?
Well, how to tell you. These are managed forces, and they work in conjunction with the Ministry of Defense, but they are sometimes subject to them. Now in Syria the Wagner PMC is subordinate to the Syrian command, 6 companies are working there and one of them is “Karpaty”. Each company has a connection to the headquarters of Wagner and an officer of the Ministry of Defense sits there, he coordinates the aviation. It's simple. The Wagner fighters are private individuals, they just work as guards, well, active guards involved in the battles, the militants hired by Yevgeny Prigeny, my friend.
And is Yevgeny Prigogon a businessman-restaurateur?
Yes. He likes to cook food that I like. He used to cook in the country before, and now he has gone international. Truly , I do not know exactly how he does it, his recipes are a secret.
And you do not know about the existence of the training base of the Wagner group in the Krasnodar Territory at the Molkino training ground?
Well, what is the base? This is not so much a base as a forwarding node. From there, militants are transferred to Damascus by airplanes from Rostov-on-Don or to Heimim from Mozdok on amphibious ships. Salaries are paid there through the Euro-Policy, and Wagner can use any part of the Defense Ministry to train militants.
And why does Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov lobbied for the adoption of a law allowing mercenary in January 2018? After all, officially, all attempts to legitimize the activities of this gang are stopped by you since 2013. Who needs this?
Me, my friends, people. Private military company does not fight with the army. It expands the zone of influence, takes control of the territory, suppresses local resistance, and protects these territories. And such functions are useful to all those for order and discipline. Not many people are needed for this.
Vladimir, you said at the annual press conference in 2018 that you have over a million people working in your private armed business in Russia. And how many of this million are in the permanent composition of the group Wagner?
Well, a few thousand. But we have not only Wagner, but also other organizations. Almost every security agency is our comrades in arms who will work when those who should work will refuse.
So all your official power structures: FSB, Rosgvardiya, MIA, OMON, MES, MO do not inspire confidence to you?
If suddenly something happens somewhere in Russia, who will be able to quickly respond without questions? Who will suppress separatism in Tatarstan, if there are all Tatars, or in Yakutia, if there are all Yakuts? Yes, and we are here in Moscow, not everything is in order ... And then, all these Shoigu and Zolotovs ... well, it's good to have a couple of trumps up your sleeve and militants who have front-line experience.
Mallari Excerpts Indian Classical Dance Bharatnatyam
Mallari, the dance concert features newly choreographed Bharatanatyam dances by Malathi Iyengar and showcases solos, duets, and groups performed to new and traditional music.
The jewel of the show is a music and dance tribute to the universal mother goddess 'Kamakshi' and the south Indian art, culture, & heritage. The music for 'Kamakshi Swarajathi' is a composition of the legendary composer Shyama Shastri (1762 - 1827).
The performance features Iyengar's disciples who have continued to advance after
their solo dance debut.
Bharatnatyam is one of the many traditional dance from India. It originated in grand temples of Ancient India. Its oldest description goes back to sangam literature. It originated around 2B.C-1B.C in Temples of Shiva in South-India.
It has its inspirations from the sculptures of the ancient temple of Chidambaram.
Bharata Natyam proper is a solo dance, with two aspects, lasya, the graceful feminine lines and movements, and tandava Ananda Thandavam (Tamil) (the dance of Shiva), masculine aspect, which is identical to the Yin and Yang in the Chinese culture Bharata Natyam performance lasts about two hours, and includes six or more of the following parts:
Allarippu - A presentation of the Tala punctuated by simple syllables spoken by the dancer. This really is sort of an invocation to the gods to bless the performance.
Kautuvam - Ancient temple dance item performed in the beginning of the recital, containing rhythmic syllables sung for jathis.
Ganapati Vandana - A traditional opening prayer to the Hindu god Ganesh, who removes obstacles. See also Pushpanjali
Jatiswaram - An abstract dance where the drums set the beat. Here the dancer displays her versatility in elaborate footwork and graceful movements of the body.
Shabdam - The dancing is accompanied by a poem or song with a devotional or amorous theme.
Varnam - The center piece of the performance. It is the longest section of the dance punctuated with the most complex and difficult movements. Positions of the hands and body tell a story, usually of love and the longing for the lover.
Padam - Probably the most lyrical section where the dancer speaks of some aspect of love: devotion to the Supreme Being; or of love of mother for child; or the love of lovers separated and reunited.
Stuti - Hymn in praise of a deity that may contain a feigned mockery, etc. See also Stotra
Koothu - Item containing a lot of dramatic elements.
Javali - Javalis are relatively new, pure abhinaya types of compositions of light and pleasing nature. Like Padams the underlying theme of Javalis is Sringara Rasa depicting the Nayaka-Nayaki bhava.
Thillana - The final section is a pure dance (nritta) when the virtuosity of the music is reflected in the complex footwork and captivating poses of the dancer.
Apart from these items, there are items such as Shlokam, Swarajathi, Krithi etc. The performance concludes with the chanting of a few religious verses as a form of benediction. Certain styles include more advanced items, such as Tharanga Nritham and Suddha Nritham. When a dancer has mastered all the elements of dance, as a coming out performance, he or she generally performs an Arangetram (debut).
Angikam - This is a devotional song on Lord Shiva and an item dance in bharatnatyam. It can also be performed in byapti slow motion.

SUMMARY
=======
Odessa or Odesa (Ukrainian: Оде́са [oˈdɛsɐ] (listen); Russian: Оде́сса [ɐˈdʲesə]) is the third most populous city of Ukraine and a major tourism center, seaport and transport hub located on the northwestern shore of the Black Sea. It is also the administrative center of the Odessa Oblast and a multiethnic cultural center. Odessa is sometimes called the pearl of the Black Sea, the South Capital (under the Russian Empire and Soviet Union), and Southern Palmyra.
Before the Tsarist establishment of Odessa, an ancient Greek settlement existed at its location. A more recent Tatar settlement was also founded at the location by Hacı I Giray, the Khan of Crimea in 1440 that was named after him as Hacıbey. After a period of Lithuanian Grand Duchy control, Hacibey and surroundings became part of the domain of the Ottomans in 1529 and remained there until the empire's defeat in the Russo-Turkish War of 1792.
In 1794, the city of Odessa was founded by a decree of the Russian empress Catherine the Great. From 1819 to 1858, Odessa was a free port - porto-franco. During the Soviet period, it was the most important port of trade in the Soviet Union and a Soviet naval base. On 1 January 2000, the Quarantine Pier at Odessa Commercial Sea Port was declared a free port and free economic zone for a period of 25 years.
During the 19th century, Odessa was the fourth largest city of Imperial Russia, after Moscow, Saint Petersburg and Warsaw. Its historical architecture has a style more Mediterranean than Russian, having been heavily influenced by French and Italian styles. Some buildings are built in a mixture of different styles, including Art Nouveau, Renaissance and Classicist.Odessa is a warm-water port. The city of Odessa hosts both the Port of Odessa and Port Yuzhne, a significant oil terminal situated in the city's suburbs. Another notable port, Chornomorsk, is located in the same oblast, to the south-west of Odessa. Together they represent a major transport hub integrating with railways. Odessa's oil and chemical processing facilities are connected to Russian and European networks by strategic pipelines.
