It is really a time travel backwords 30-40 years.
I spent one night at this 4 star hotel - room 901. I was so angry at this hotel and the poor facilities that this is my first ever youtube upload.
What the video does not show well:
1. the smell of the whole apartment: sewer;
2. heating did not work at all, (the air conditioning (heating) was missing from this room, although the hotel brochure clearly says: all room is equipped with it);
3. there was no hot running water at all neither at the evening nor in the morning and when I complained the receptionist said he cannot do anything about that because he was just a trainee and that was his last day anyway. He phoned the manager on my request but to no avail - still no hot water. Luckily the cold water was working;
4. the kettle had a 40 cm long power cord but there was no wall power outlet nearby. When asking whether I should put it on the floor, the management was kind enough to supply an extension cord.
5. When I tried to complain the management could not be reached during the nightshift, the receptionist was a young trainee who was serving his last day - so he was not really obsessed with being very helpful. During the morning checkout I just did not have time to make larger fuss but hopefully this video shows it all.
Stay away from this hotel if you can!
To be fair: When I complained on checkout, the morning receptionist was generous enough to give 3 Euro discount on the wireless internet (which cannot be used from two mobile devices, but only from the first one that was connected - so you have to pay double the price if you plan to use a laptop and a tablet as well.)
