A descendant of the royal family of the Ming Dynasty, also a child prodigy who began painting and writing poetry in his early childhood. After the fall of the empire, he become a monk to escape the inner sufferings and the new empire's torture and devoted himself to art and religion. He was a very complicated painter, who often was thought mad and his style was also very unconventional at the time.

Tianjin Museum is the largest museum in Tianjin, China, exhibiting a range of cultural and historical relics significant to Tianjin. The museum lies in Yinhe Plaza in the Hexi District of Tianjin and covers an area of about 50,000 sq meters. The unique architectural style of the museum, whose appearance resembles that of a swan spreading its wings, has meant that it is quickly becoming one of the city' iconic buildings. Tianjin Museum enjoys a high reputation at home and abroad by large variety and good quality.. Periodic exhibitions will be held by turns.
Tianjin Museum covers an area of 30 square km with 3layers, shaped like a flying swam, is the biggest comprehensive museum in Tianjing, and gathers both historical and artistic precious collections. The Tianjin Museum is a three-storeyed building. The building of the Tianjin Museum is a product of the cooperation between China and Japan. From the designing schemes put forward by twelve designing institutes, both domestic and foreign, the related specialists have finally chosen the scheme put forward by a Japanese designing office and the Swan comes out of its egg. From the hall on the ground floor, you can get to the top floor, the Historical Exhibition Hall, directly by the staircase. You can not only enjoy the rare historical collections but also enjoy the sunshine coming from the feather-shaped skylight in the dome. In a word, it offers epoch-making beautiful scenery that can be compared favorably with the Sydney Opera House.

Tianjin Porcelain House is also known as ‘China House’ or ‘Yuebao House’ is a contemporary museum of pottery and antiques in Tianjin, china. The House was opened in September 2007. Tianjin Porcelain house is located on chifeng street in Heping Deistict, the Tainjin Commercial Center, which has been radically re-decorated bye its present owner, Zhang Lianzhi. The area of a House is 3000 square meters,
The Old French style building with a history of over 100 years. Zhang Lianzhi spent one million Yuan approx US$ 125,000 buying the house. The owner refurnish it with hundreds of thousand of porcelain pieces daiting from Tang (AD 618-907) to Qing (1644-1911) dynasties. It is calculated more than 400 million pieces of ancient porcelain, 16 thousand pieces of ancient chinaware, 300 white-marble carvings, and 20 tons of natural crystals were used in the process, costing approximately over 2 billion RMB(Chinese currency). About 80 Percent of the porcelain used in the house is broken or damaged antiques. The these pieces had been carefully disguised when being pasted on the wall, and more lively and interesting composition and presented in 2007 for visitors.

A Visit to Shi Family Mansion Tianjin
Shi Family a well known rich family in old times Tianjin, China built their family mansion in 1875. It is the largest civilian residence well preserved in China. It is one of the major attraction in Tianjin which is now developed into a museum. We were also entertained by a Chinese Opera. Finally, we also visited the nearby Yangliuqing Folk Art factory and witnessed how they produced their classic artwork, famous for their New Year edition.
