In this video I will be taking you to Tishomingo State Park. Tishomingo State Park is extremely scenic State park in the most northeastern county of Mississippi. The most northeastern county is also named Tishomingo I have a video on the county as well here is a link if you have not seen it.
Tishomingo State Park has a lot of activities that reside inside the park. One of the most unique things about the park is its terrain and, massive rock formations. There are waterfalls and many other interesting surprises that await in side. Swinging Bridge at Tishomingo State Park | JCUN S1E005 2017 05 27
On our first camping trip in Lizzy at Tishomingo State Park, we took a short hike across the swinging bridge and up the Outcroppings Trail. The woods are lush and beautiful in late spring, and the exposed rock outcroppings are a unique feature of this part of North Mississippi. Andy handled the climb pretty well for someone who had a broken leg last fall. Enjoy!
