Being an Air Traffic Controller | India | Mumbai ATC | Short Film
What does it take to handle one of the world’s most high risk and high stress job? Going behind-the-secured-gates at Mumbai ATC during their busiest hours in the day, we meet the people at the heart of their operation and listen to their stories of life and work. Life altering decisions are taken in split seconds. There's just no room for error.
With the aviation industry growing in India and abroad, the onus of safe and expedite flying rests on the hands of ATCs alongside the pilots.

HOW TO BECOME AN ATC?
One has to have a science background and an engineering degree preferably electronics and communication stream. You have to appear for an all India test depending upon vacancies. On clearing the written exam you have to cross two hurdles - voice test and interview.
Stay motivated and confident and wish for more recruitment advertisements. Look out aai.aero for the recruitment ads. All the best!
For any ATC related queries like job details and exams please get in touch with my friend Devendra Patodiya (Mumbai ATC) on +91-7053806390.

Mumbai Food | CRAZY GOOD Sri Lankan Hoppers at Hoppumm in Bandra | Indian Street Food
Today I am enjoying Sri Lankan Hoppers at Hoppumm in Bandra West, Mumbai, India. A typical Sri Lankan street food and dish, Hoppers are also served as Indian Street Food in some parts of India. Here I ate at this cute and cozy little place called Hoppumm in the Bandra West district of Bombay (Mumbai), Maharashtra, India with incredibly friendly staff.
In Sri Lanka, hoppers are served in roti huts or hotels. Just what is a Sri Lankan Hopper? They are bowl-shaped pancakes made from fermented rice flour and coconut milk and cooked in small round pans. As you can see in our video, once cooked they get very crispy on the edges but have a thick bottom since that's where you put the condiments.
In typical street food fashion, you eat hoppers by breaking off pieces of the hopper and dipping it into the accompanying curry and/or sambal (sambol). I had a variety of hoppers, including the cheese hopper and the egg hopper.

Shop no. 8, Rafi Mansion, 28th Rd, Bandra West, Mumbai, Maharashtra 400050, India

PLACES TO SEE in The City of Nawabs | Lucknow, India

Lucknow is the capital of the state of Uttar Pradesh in India. The reason Lucknow is referred to as the City of Nawabs is because the Nawabs of Lucknow, or the Nawabs of Awadh, acquired the name after the reign of the third Nawab when Lucknow became their capital.
We visited the main sites, Baba Imambara, British Residency, Chota Imambara, Hussainabad Picture Gallery and Hussainabad Clock Tower. These are all the places to see in Lucknow!
Have you ever been to Lucknow or the City of Nawabs?

5-STAR Food Experience In Mumbai India!! Pan-Arabian FEAST At Maffy's In Colaba
Maffy's is a Pan-Arabian Bistro in the district of Colaba, in Southern Mumbai, India. Offering Central Asian and Middle-Eastern specialties typically not found in Mumbai, along with traditional Indian comfort food, this place offers some of the BEST FOOD IN MUMBAI!! Support our channel by subscribing:
Most of the dishes here are 5/5 and there might not be a better place to eat when next to the Gateway of India since it's located about 5 minutes away. Here are some of the MOUTH-WATERING dishes I tried:
1 - Pink Kafta Hummous: UNBELIEVABLY looking, and even better tasting. Silky smooth texture to the beet-root based hummous with perfectly cooked Kafta balls, and some crackers for cheersing with your mates - Cheers!
2 - Spicy Cheese Hummus Smoked In Cherrywood: Presentation in a bowlful of smoke is top class. The taste of the hummus is a little more traditional and also included some shrimps. SUPERB!
3 - Duck Falafel With Dukkah (Duqqa) Spice: The most UNIQUE take on falafel I've EVER had! The tiny chunks of duck inside the falafel brought it up a couple of levels and the Duqqa (Dukkah) spice gave it a strong kick - REAL NICE!
4 - Manakish (Manakeesh, Manaqisj, مناقيش ): A Levantine Pizza, in other words, made from sourdough. The Harissa spice here really ELEVATED this Manakeesh and and made it stand out more than your typical pizza. Made without any tomato sauce, the crust made from that sourdough was a REAL star. DELICIOUS!
5 - Tajine Pav Bhaji: This is the INDIAN STREET FOOD of choice in Mumbai. To the uninitiated, think of it as a SUPER buttery, delicious piece of bread with a SUPER buttery, vegetable mixture sauce. You will find this everywhere in Mumbai and you won't be able to help but fall in LOVE with it.
6 - Dessert: Chocolate Hummus & Rose Petal Creme Brûlée: WOW!! Chocolate Hummus is PERFECT! And Rose Petal Creme Brûlée is a super unique and delicious way of eating a creme brûlée. Beautiful way to top off a 5-STAR Dining Experience in Colaba, Mumbai, India.
