I stayed in this hotel because it was right next to the Sandler Center where I watched Jekyll and Hyde. (It was a great play!) I was overall satisfied with the service and the room in the hotel.

Some front desk folks seemed more accommodating than others
The mattresses on the bed and sofas.
The restaurant wasn't open.
There wasn't a door between the shower and the bedroom; not private at all when taking a shower.
