Caught this guy on our street scoping out the USPS package deliveries on our street. Beware Humboldt Park, Ukrainian Village, Bucktown, Wicker Park areas of Chicago, IL. Police are looking for him.
I know the quality is bad. NY Mets cap, black backpack, dark blue jacket with white hoodie. Male black, late 30s early 40s. Video does not show it but I watched him scope 3 deliveries, blatantly looking to see where the driver left the packages and UPS reported that he walked up to him trying to get the driver to give him someone's package by taking the Sorry We Missed You tag off the door.
