HighRise Theatre with Black Theatre Live & Stratford Circus Arts Centre present
By Joseph Barnes-Phillips
Directed by Dominic Garfield
When the euphoric highs of teenage life in south London collide with his mum's terminal illness, all Rayleigh wants to do is watch anime in his pants and eat indomie.
Love, life and masculinity meet head-on as Rayleigh tries to find his feet, torn between the new girl in his life and being there for his mum, while trying not to make the same mistakes as his dad.
With Guyanese folk stories, grime, roti and raucous energy Big Foot is a funny and impassioned portrayal of becoming a man and the responsibility that comes with it.

STORYLINE
Britain's Prince William joined stars such as Sir Ian McKellen and Cate Blanchett on the green carpet in London on Wednesday evening for the UK premiere of The Hobbit, the first part of Peter Jackson's The Lord of the Rings prelude.
William's pregnant wife, Catherine, was missing from the prince's arm, she cancelled her appearance at the premiere due to acute morning sickness.
William was seen chatting with the cast and Jackson ahead of the premiere.
McKellen, who plays the wizard Gandalf in the adaptation of J.R.R. Tolkien's work, told reporters Wednesday that it feels proper to celebrate the film in London, given that a large part of the cast is British and Tolkien was an English writer.
Blanchett, who plays elf queen Galadriel, said it was great to see so many fans turn out considering the cold weather.
Fans lined the footpaths of London's Leicester Square to get a glimpse of Prince William and the film's stars.
The Duke of Cambridge has kept a low profile since two Australian radio DJs (disc jockeys) made a prank call to the hospital treating his wife for acute morning sickness.
The prank took a dark horrible twist with the death of nurse Jacintha Saldanha, a 46-year-old mother of two, three days after she transferred the hoax call to a fellow nurse caring for the duchess.
London police have said that the result of an autopsy on Saldanha will be revealed on Thursday.
Scotland Yard said Wednesday the cause of Jacintha Saldanha's death will not be released until a Westminster Coroner's Court hearing.
