Utsunomiya is know for its Gyoza, It is also the the city where Honda motor cars are made.
Utsunomiya City, Tochigi Prefecture was the annual Gyoza Festival. Utsunomiya wants to be the Gyoza capital of Japan.

Finding the Best Gyoza in Utsunomiya
Gyoza, or Chinese dumplings, are popular amongst both Japanese and Tourists here in Tokyo. If you decide to visit Japan, there’s a high chance you’ll run into a few gyoza shops yourself and end up eating a few. Enjoy the video I made with ili, my offline translator.

Utsunomiya is famous for gyoza and wants to be famous for jazz. This is what was going on during the annual Gyoza Festival (in Utsunomiya, of course - where else!) on November 6, 2010. Gyoza was provided by the countless gyoza shops in the city, jazz - by All Around Orchestra.
