Reno is a city in the U.S. state of Nevada, located in the western part of the state, approximately 22 miles (35 km) from Lake Tahoe. Known as The Biggest Little City in the World, Reno is famous for its hotels and casinos. It is the county seat of Washoe County, in the northwestern part of the state. The city sits in a high desert at the foot of the Sierra Nevada and its downtown area (along with Sparks and other suburbs) occupies a valley informally known as the Truckee Meadows. It is named after Union Major General Jesse L. Reno, who was killed in action at the Battle of South Mountain on Fox's Gap.
Reno is the third-most populous city in Nevada after Las Vegas and Henderson and the most populous city in the state outside the Las Vegas Valley, with an estimated population of 248,853 in 2017. Reno is part of the Reno–Sparks metropolitan area, which consists of all of both Washoe and Storey counties and has a 2017 estimated population of 464,593 --- Wikipedia:

Here is our hotel room at the Courtyard Marriott at San Diego Airport/Liberty Station in San Diego, California. This hotel was built in 2008. Unfortunately, the sleep here did not go so well. We were woken up at midnight, because of a domestic violence situation that happened up on the next floor above us.
Episode 19 - Loneliest Road in America
Episode 19 - Loneliest Road in America
Route 50 across Nevada is an interesting drive. Not only has it earned the moniker as the “Loneliest Road in America” it is also the part of the original Lincoln Hwy, the first cross country automobile route. Lots of history about the old west and the development of estern United States. It follows the old Pony express route across Nevada, the first transcontinental telegraph lines and the boom and bust of the silver industry in Nevada.

HotelBloke Review - Super 8, Austin, Texas, U.S.A.
Hotel Name: Super 8 - Austin Airport
Location: Austin, Texas, U.S.A.
Website: super8austin.com
Target Market: Business People / short stay.
My Rating: 3 out of 5
Family Rating: 2 out of 5
Cost for My Room (As shown in Vid): $140 per night.
Room Type: Twin Room
Distance from Airport: 8 minutes
Cost of Taxi: $13 (Free shuttle also available)
Would I Stay Here Again? Yes
Best thing about the hotel? The beds! Comfy and easy to get a great nights sleep.
The hotel is good and comfortable but really only geared up for short stays. The only shops within short walking distance are a Gas station (Shell) and two fast food outlets (Wendys & a Jack in the Box).
There is a free shuttle bus that runs between the Hotel and Austin Airport but make sure you call the Hotel to organise a pickup when you land as the shuttle dent run scheduled pick ups.
Have fun away!
This is a hobby for me and all information, quotes etc are purely in my personal opinion as a guide to fellow travellers looking for a review from a real person who has stayed at the Hotel. The Hotel has not endorsed this review or influenced the opinion of the review in any way.
Inside Nevada’s Moonlite Bunny Ranch
The women of Nevada's Moonlite Bunny Ranch brothel are both sex workers and master negotiators.
Come for the sex, stay for the negotiating skills: At Nevada's Moonlite Bunny Ranch, success depends less on beauty and more on a woman's skill at asking for what she deserves.
Unlike most industries, many legal sex workers in legal prostitution are paid more than their illegal counterparts. The price difference is in part due to the negotiation, which creates an opportunity for price discrimination (charging more to customers willing to pay). The brothels are legal, but listing prices are not. Negotiation skills are mandatory for these women.
The brothel has something of an employee manual that contains tips and instructions on how to negotiate. The Bunny Bible was written by Dennis Hof and his COO, Suzette Cole.

ROADTRIPPING USA | week 2| Nevada, Arizona, Utah
Here is another week of our adventures while roadtripping around the U.S.A. If you haven't seen the previous video click on the link and it will take you there
Anyways.. the states we visited so far are California (previous video), Arizona, Nevada and Utah. We first drove down to Las Vegas from L.A, which took quite much longer than we had expected so the arrival time was late. We spend a whole evening in Las Vegas until 2am when we decided to go back to our camping ground. The next day we started our drive down down to the Grand Canyon! A place I have always wanted to visit. On the way we also stopped to see the hoover dam (which I realize that I pronounce wrong in the video). I thought it was superfunny what a big deal they make out of it. There are toilets, a gift shop, monouments and a whole museum dedicated to the dam.
Now to the Grand Canyon.. It is crazy how much more different it is than I had imagined. I thought you have to take a hike there and that the canyon is more like a canyon (who big walls and water in between). The canyon is more open space and it is layers on layers (huuuuge). You don't have to hike there, although you can hike through the canyon and down to the river, but to just see what we saw you only need to take a shuttle bus. The shuttle buses go all around the park and take you to different locations if you can't walk. We prefered to walking the distances and take the bus down to sunset point in the end of the day. You see more animals if you walk and have a less crowded view, although since it is so large the view points are not that crowded. I walked close to some edges, but with some you have to be very careful since the rock is very brittle. The walking path is also paved all around so wheelchair friendly for those of you who need it (Y).
After the Grand Canyon we spend a day in Canyonlands- needles. It was nice with beautiful scenary, but I would rather spend more time in Arches and Moab town then seeing canyonlands. So If you are on a short schedule this is a part you could easily skip. Then after canyonlands we hit the road again and went to arches national park. The park is absolutely beautiful and there is so much to see. You can do both long and short hikes and spend as little as just some hours up to days there. We started with driving down the whole scenic route and then do the different arches that are easily acceseble from the street there. The visitor center doesn't open until 9am (until 4pm), so if you need a map I suggest you get it the day before. It is better to start the day early in summer months since it gets so hot after 10/11am. We spend two days in arches and although I wish we would've gone there for sunset, on the next day we started with going to delicate arch. Probably the most famous and beautiful one. You have to go on a little 3,2km long hike to get there and the way is pretty easy. If you go there for sunset the arch turns orange, purple and all kinds of colours, giving you a beautiful light show.
Now in the next video we will be going more around Utah to see Monument Valley, capitol reef park and more... So if you want to see that stay tuned ;)
Other than that thank you for watching and if you like what you see there is that red SUBSCRIBE buttom that makes me happy when people push it. So you know.. you could do it too, why not kinda?
CAMPGROUNDS
Las Vegas- KOA campground. Supernice, they have a pool to cool of in, a little shop, it is not too far from town (not walking distance tho), good wifi, all included for a VAN and super cheap for what it offers. 28$/night (4 people and a camperVAN) this price is if you have a 10% discount witch we get by renting our van from Cruise America.
Grand Canyon- if you intend to stay at a campingground make sure to book it in advance. We go more YOLO and didn't know when we are where so we slept wild. There are plenty od spots just outside the park, one of them even marked as a wild camp. It is inbetween trees, for free and all you need. (I prefer wild camps to be honest)
Arches National park- KOA Moab.
To be honest I don't remember it much so it can't have been anything special. I think it had a pool, okay wifi and it wasn't too cheap. around 40$/night with our 10% off coupon.
Have an AWESOME weeek people, see ya! :D
NOTICE
The engcon is just a joke, not an actual commercial. My dad works there sometimes and has these sunnies I always laugh at. I did not get paid for it whatsoever.
The informative video is filmed in the arches national park information center. I asked a ranger if I could film and publish it in my video and he said it was fine. Please don't get me in any trouble here.
