Redevelopment of Roosevelt Roads; History, Commentary, Proposed Projects and Ideas for 5 Community Master Developments

CARRO PUBLICO RIDESHARE SHUTTLE VAN
There has always been a very good public transportation system around the entire island know as Guagua Carro Publico (Honk Honk Public Ride-share Shuttle Van).
There was a railroad system from the early 1900's that connected virtually the entire island. The Railroad System Right of Way passes the entire length of Former Naval Air Station Roosevelt Roads and connects the town of Naguabo to the towns of Ceiba and Fajardo. I am in contact with the guy in Humacao who has a Railroad Museum and a couple of Light Rail Cars in a warehouse behind his house.
I propose a free trolley public transportation system inside the Redevelopment of Former Naval Air Station Roosevelt Roads and a public water taxi ferry service connecting the residents, students and employees with the international airport, the resort hotels, commercial waterfronts, golf courses and the 5 community residential areas similar to the 3 Theme Parks at Universal Studios Orlando.
When you type Guayacán, Ceiba, Puerto Rico into Google Maps you get the entire Naval Station. The Spanish Wikipedia shows only two residents of Barrio Guayacan in the 2010 Census. One caucasian and one afro-american. The Developers of these 5 communities should consider carefully the history of the area before the US Navy arrived and how to relate the new developments to the existing communities of Ceiba, Daguao and Naguabo. Daguao and Fort Bundy is the site of one of the first settlements in Puerto Rico when Christopher Columbus's Son Viceroy Diego Colon authorized Ponce de Leon to build a settlement there in 1511.

Board of County Commissioners Regular and Land Use meeting
Palm Beach County, Florida
Palm Beach County is a county located in the state of Florida. As of the 2010 census, the population was 1,320,134, making it the third-most populous county in Florida. The largest city and county seat is West Palm Beach. Named after one of its oldest settlements, Palm Beach, the county was established in 1909, after being split from Miami-Dade County. The county's modern-day boundaries were established in 1963. Palm Beach County is included in the Miami-Fort Lauderdale-West Palm Beach, Florida metropolitan area.
The area had been increasing in population since the late 19th century, with the incorporation of West Palm Beach in 1894 and after Henry Flagler extended the Florida East Coast Railway and built the Royal Poinciana Hotel, The Breakers, and Whitehall. In 1928, the Okeechobee hurricane struck West Palm Beach and caused thousands of deaths. Since then, a number of other tropical cyclones have impacted the area. More recently, the county acquired national attention during the 2000 presidential election, when a controversial recount occurred. As of 2004, Palm Beach County is Florida's wealthiest county, with a per capita personal income of $44,518.
