LONDON: WEIRD and very STRANGE exhibit of MEDICAL OBJECTS ????, the WELLCOME COLLECTION
SUBSCRIBE: - Let's go visit one of the strangest museums in London - the Wellcome Collection which is a museum and library based at Euston Road, London, displaying an unusual mixture of medical artifacts and original artworks exploring ideas about the connections between medicine, life and art. Founded in 2007, Wellcome Collection now attracts over 700,000 visitors per year and is advertised as the free destination for the incurably curious.
London, the capital of England and the United Kingdom, is a 21st-century city with history stretching back to Roman times. At its centre stand the imposing Houses of Parliament, the iconic ‘Big Ben’ clock tower and Westminster Abbey, site of British monarch coronations. Across the Thames River, the London Eye observation wheel provides panoramic views of the South Bank cultural complex, and the entire city.

HELLO LONDON
8/2/15 - 8/9/15
#WMedLondonPathology
My first time traveling to Europe! Glad I was able to step foot onto another continent. It was such an amazing and unforgettable trip to London for my medical pathology elective. Although we were only there for a week, I learned a lot and am extremely thankful that I was also able to travel around and explore the city quite extensively. Shout out to my travelling partner-in-crime Sheila for helping to plan one of the craziest schedules yet and exploring pretty much everything on our itinerary! Thank you to the London School of Economics Bankside House for being such a wonderful dorm to stay in – especially the front desk for going above and beyond to accommodate our needs. And finally, a HUGE thank you to Dr. Joyce deJong for bringing her vision of an overseas pathology elective to life! Don’t forget to watch in HD!
