Today is the first day on our big road trip down to the south! We start in the suburbs of Chicago, Illinois before driving down to Springfield, the Capitol, to stay with a friend. We eat a Horseshoe at Obed & Isaac's Microbrewery, check out Abraham Lincoln's old house, walk around downtown, have a beer and play some games at Buzz Bomb Brewing Company, listen to the Carillon in Washington Park, and then enjoy a movie back at their house.
