Wimbledon Tour and Museum
On 20/8/14 we went down to Wimbledon for the day and did their tour and museum - it was AMAZING, although it would have been better if Andy Murray won this year too!

Wimbledon Lawn Tennis Museum & Tour - Sept 2019
They all say “what a fantastic time we had at the Wimbledon Lawn Tennis Museum & Tour. The guides were lovely and so knowledgeable, the 90 mins with them flew by. It was amazing to be able to get to see so many areas of Wimbledon - Centre Court, Court 1, Court 18 (which had the longest ever match played on it), although we didn’t see Court 13 as it doesn’t exist anymore as no one wanted to play on it (superstitious bunch!), Henman Hill (aka Murray Mound or Federer Field ????) and Broadcasting Centre with the Sue Barker studio.
The Millenium Building is where the players hang out and where the Royal family are greeted. Also in there was the office that players go to collect their prize money, restaurants, nail bar and hairdressers. There is also a lovely grass area that the players get to be reunited with their families and friends at after the final.
After the tour we went into the Museum and there are so many fun things to see and do, we all loved the Virtual Reality Experience. What an amazing time we all had, thank you Wimbledon for putting on a brilliant tour ????????????”

Wimbledon, England - September 2008
Our visit to Wimbledon happened to fall on the day before a Davis Cup game, so there were BBC announcers there and tennis stars practicing for the next day's event. Also toured the museum where in my opinion the Reaction Station cheated! or...er...well, I dunno.
