How to go to Koh Phi Phi Islands Thailand guide | walking street | ep 1
The story of 3 guys discovering Thailand, walking through Koh Phi Phi streets.
Watch the video if you want to know how to go to koh phi phi islands.
Koh Phi Phi pronounced Ko PP, welcomes you to breathtaking beaches, stunning rock formations and tranquil turquoise waters teeming with colourful marine life. A vibrant night life, rock climbing, world-class diving and just the sheer beauty of Phi Phi is enough to tickle everyone's fancy!
Phi Phi Islands are a main attraction to Krabi and Phuket Island, and are widely considered to be amongst the most beautiful islands in the world, recently rocking to fame with the filming of the movie The Beach on Maya Bay. Despite the high number of visitors here, the island is still quite stunning, and the surrounding ocean and islands are still spectacular, although Maya Bay does get abit overcrowded during Peak Season.
The main island of Phi Phi Don is the place where you will arrive when coming by ferry from Phuket, Krabi, Ao Nang, Lanta, and even Koh Lipe.
There are no roads on the island, so be prepared for a walk when you get there.
Phi Phi Don and Phi Phi Ley are the largest, and most well known of the Phi Phi Islands. The main island of Phi Phi Don has accommodation, restaurants, dive centers, and a very vibrant nightlife! The other islands are part of the National Park and can only be seen on tours.
Places to visit: maya beach, the Koh Phi Phi view point.
Place to stay: PP Princess Resort
From the Thailand as if you were there (or almost) series.

There are no roads on the island, so be prepared for a walk when you get there, although if you have a pre-booking, there are porters at the pier to take you to your hotel or guesthouse.
Basically, everything on Phi Phi is condensed into the area between the two main beaches.

Scuba Diving in Phi Phi Island, Krabi Thailand 2015
The Phi Phi Islands are in Thailand, between the large island of Phuket and the west Strait of Malacca coast of the mainland. The islands are administratively part of Krabi province. Ko Phi Phi Don (ko meaning island in the Thai language) is the largest island of the group, and is the most populated island of the group, although the beaches of the second largest island, Ko Phi Phi Lee (or Ko Phi Phi Leh), are visited by many people as well. The rest of the islands in the group, including Bida Nok, Bida Noi, and Bamboo Island (Ko Mai Phai), are not much more than large limestone rocks jutting out of the sea. The Islands are reachable by speedboats or Long-tail boats most often from Krabi Town or from various piers in Phuket Province.
Phi Phi Don was initially populated by Muslim fishermen during the late-1940s, and later became a coconut plantation. The Thai population of Phi Phi Don remains more than 80% Muslim. The actual population however, if counting laborers, especially from the northeast, is much more Buddhist these days. The population is between 2,000 to 3,000 people (2013).
The islands came to worldwide prominence when Ko Phi Phi Leh was used as a location for the 2000 British-American film The Beach. This attracted criticism, with claims that the film company had damaged the island's environment, since the producers bulldozed beach areas and planted palm trees to make it resemble description in the book,[1] an accusation the film's makers contest. An increase in tourism was attributed to the film's release, which resulted in increases in waste on the Islands, and more developments in and around the Phi Phi Don Village. Phi Phi Lee also houses the Viking Cave, where there is a thriving industry harvesting edible bird's nest.
Ko Phi Phi was devastated by the Indian Ocean tsunami of December 2004, when nearly all of the island's infrastructure was destroyed. As of 2010 most, but not all, of this has been restored.

Scuba Diving at Phi Phi Don Island, Phuket, Thailand
I tried to cover up all the beautiful moments/views we enjoyed during scuba diving at Phi Phi that to in short duration.
We paid 1500 Thai Baht per head (1 person) for scuba diving. (If you have good bargain skills and patience then don't book it in advance with your tour guide, better you book it yourself when you reach to actual diving location. It will cost you 1000 - 1200 Thai Baht.

WRECK DIVING PHI PHI ISLAND
On the 16th of September 2017, I decided to go wreck diving on Phi Phi Island! We started our dive adventure by visiting the local wreck.
Apparently the visibility for the wreck was great even though I felt like it was pretty bad. After the wreck, we went out to Phi Phi Leh wall which was much more impressive.
The first section of this video covers the wreck dive and the second part covers Phi Phi Leh wall. Phi Phi Leh wall was my personal favourite for the colour and variety of life I saw down there.
The weather on the boat ride out to the dive site was very rough. The decision to call off the wreck dive was only a few minutes away! And then the weather decided to (almost) instantaneously improve. You'll get to see this in the video.
The weather in Thailand changes very rapidly.
I hope you enjoy this video. If you decide to head out scuba diving on Phi Phi island, particularly Phi Phi Leh wall, let me know!
Thanks for watching :)

It's Brad here. My life is about fitness and travel adventure and I want to continue inspiring the world through creating videos to help inspire you to live an amazing life.
Many people that have watched my videos will often say Brad, you have an amazing life! - and the truth is... Yes! But, I was once a very sick, out-of-shape guy that spent a lot of time in hospital from chest infections and illnesses and coming from a very lonely and broken family with no siblings.
In June 2016, I started vlogging my fitness journey of getting into the best shape possible to compete in my first amateur bodybuilding competition in March 2017. I won the competition! Wow...!! I came from nothing! I became obsessed with creating fitness video courses on Udemy and Skillshare showing people how they can get into shape the same way I did.
This new life of mine has allowed me to have the energy to create travel adventure videos and more fitness vlogs to inspire more people to get out and see the world :-)

It is bordered to the north by Myanmar and Laos, to the east by Laos and Cambodia, to the south by the Gulf of Thailand and Malaysia, and to the west by the Andaman Sea and the southern extremity of Myanmar. Its maritime boundaries include Vietnam in the Gulf of Thailand to the southeast, and Indonesia and India on the Andaman Sea to the southwest.
Thailand is governed by the National Council for Peace and Order that took power in the May 2014 coup d'état. Its monarchy is headed by King Bhumibol Adulyadej, who has reigned since 1946 as Rama IX, as he is the ninth monarch of the Chakri Dynasty. He is currently the world's longest-serving head of state and the country's longest-reigning monarch;he has reigned for 69 years, 352 days.
With a total area of approximately 513,000 km2 (198,000 sq mi), Thailand is the world's 51st-largest country. It is the 20th-most-populous country in the world, with around 66 million people. The capital and largest city is Bangkok, which is Thailand's political, commercial, industrial, and cultural hub. About 75–95% of the population is ethnically Tai, which includes four major regional groups: central Thai, northeastern Thai (Khon [Lao] Isan),[2] northern Thai (Khon Mueang); and southern Thai. Thai Chinese, those of significant Chinese heritage, are 14% of the population,[5] while Thais with partial Chinese ancestry comprise up to 40% of the population. Thai Malays represent 3% of the population, with the remainder consisting of Mons, Khmers and various hill tribes. The country's official language is Thai and the primary religion is Theravada Buddhism, which is practised by around 95% of the population.
Thailand experienced rapid economic growth between 1985 and 1996, becoming a newly industrialised country and a major exporter. Manufacturing, agriculture, and tourism are leading sectors of the economy. Among the ten ASEAN countries, Thailand ranks third in quality of life. and the country's HDI is rated as high. Whale Shark Dive with Phi Phi Aquanauts in Koh Phi Phi, Thailand. Buddha Day, 2015
This isn't the best video in the world because it turned into a mad dash for the whale shark! I just feel bad for the divers down at 10 meters checking out the coral with no idea they are missing a 5 meter whale shark swimming overhead. Such a cool experience! #WhaleSharkClub
