Yangling Agricultural Hi-tech Industries Demonstration Zone is a zone located in Yangling District, Xianyang, Shaanxi, People's Republic of China. It is under the direct governance of Shaanxi Province, and is the only such zone within all of the People's Republic of China. It was created on 29 July 1997.
The Northwest A&F University is in the zone.

STORY LINE:
Ten years ago, all the residents in Chongqing's Fengdu county were relocated to higher land to enable the waters of the controversial Three Gorges Project flood the enormous Yangtze basin. Now they are struggling to deal with the affects of moving, and over one tenth of the population is unemployed.
