Remembrance Day 2018, Yokohama Commonwealth War Cemetery
Today, Sunday the 11th of November 2018 I attended the Remembrance Day service at the Commonwealth War Cemetery in Yokohama, Japan.
The cemetery, which was opened by the Australian War Graves Commission after the end of World War Two contains graves of men and women from a large number of commonwealth countries who lost their lives in the war, and also houses a memorial to American service personnel who died, and are remembered here.
Every November, the Australian, New Zealand, Canadian and British embassies take turns to stage the service of remembrance and American service personnel also attend to remember their fallen countrymen and all the deceased from the allied nations.
In addition to paying my respects to all brave souls remembered here, I always find myself spending the most time paying my respects to the lads of the Manchester Regiment, my home town's soldiers who, along with crewmen of the much-loved HMS Exeter seem to make up the largest contingent of graves.

THE MEMORY of WORLD WAR Ⅱ - Commonwealth War Cemetery Yokohama -
カスタマイズしたFlycam C5と自作スライダーでの撮影がメインです。突然現れたウサギさんを撮影するために14-140㎜を付けたGH2では手持ちです。
編集では少し古めかしさを出すようなエフェクトをかけてみました。また広角撮影したステディカム映像は全体の雰囲気を崩すスピード感があったので、編集で少しスローにしたカットもあります。しかし自戒を込めてユレユレのステディカム映像はそのままにしておきました。こうしないと上達しませんから（笑）。
ここは梅雨に入る前にどうしても行っておきたい場所でした。とても綺麗に整備されています。管理者、管理人、庭師の方々、さらにこの場所の維持に関わっておられる全ての方々に感謝いたします。季節の変わり目には行きたい場所になりました。少人数で静かに散策するには最高の場所です。
あえて、場所は明らかにしませんが、行ってみたい方は映像の中にヒントがありますので探し出して下さい。
追記：と書きましたが、再生回数が少なく、全く影響力無しと判断しました（笑）ので、場所を紹介します。下のLocationを参考にして下さい (^^)
