To celebrate Knowledge Day, Prime Minister Vladimir Putin visited School No. 29 in Podolsk, where he reviewed the introduction of new education standards. In addition to computers and interactive whiteboards, this school has its own 3D movie theater and planetarium.

Краснодарский джазовый фестиваль GG JAZZ.ru 2015 откроется премьерой проекта пианиста Алексея Чернакова и вокалистки Юлианы Рогачевой 'Майя Кристалинская: рожденная звездой'. На сцену Музыкального театра выйдет объединенный симфо-джазовый оркестр п/у Виктора Олина и лауреаты международных конкурсов Тимур Некрасов (саксофон), Дарья Соколова (контрабас) и Александр Машин (ударные).
Алексей Чернаков и Юлиана Рогачева − невероятно красивая и талантливая пара, громко заявившая о себе на современной джазовой сцене России. Оба выпускники Российской Академии музыки им. Гнесиных, они посвятили свой талант джазу, проявляя большой интерес к наследию классической российской и советской музыкальных традиций. В их репертуар входят лучшие образцы джазовой музыки, бессмертные стандарты, композиции собственного сочинения, а также шедевры советской песенной эстрады в оригинальной авторской обработке.
Выпускник Московской государственной консерватории им. П.И. Чайковского, лауреат множества престижных международных музыкальных премий, среди которых премия ‘Триумф’, Алексей Чернаков является востребованным пианистом и композитором. Его сочинения исполняются в России и странах Европы. Творческое кредо лауреата международного джазового конкурса Shure Montreaux Jazz Voice Competition Юлианы Рогачевой − выразить свои чувства и поделиться ими с публикой − как нельзя лучше отражается в ее изысканной и чувственной манере подачи музыкального материала. Ей присуще уникальное чувство свинга, точность интонации и техничность скэта. Для Юлианы важен смысл песен, она старается донести до слушателя каждое слово и каждую эмоцию. Юлиана Рогачева входит в когорту самых востребованных джазовых вокалисток России. Она успешно пробует себя как композитор и лидер ансамбля.

Russian President Vladimir Putin on Wednesday visited the newly launched Krasnodar Presidential Cadet School and took a look at the facilities.
He saw various classrooms, photography equipment and the gym. The school opened on September 1.
Putin also held a conference on the spiritual and patriotic education of young people.
