Xuzhou Kite Festival
Xuzhou is a city in northern Jiangsu Province, China. It's quite a picturesque city, and one of its major features are its lakes. In the west is Yunlong Lake, which, roughly translated, means Dragon cloud. In the east is Dalong Lake, which means Big Dragon. On April 13, 2019, I went with my wife and her mother to Dalong Lake for the annual Kite Festival. The kites were quite amazing. I hope you like this video of some of what I saw in my morning there.

On my day off I took a little trundle around Xuzhou, from my home to Xuzhou's scenic yunlong area, over a ridge line of hills, around the lake, through the tunnel that goes under the hills and back home.
