Meditation every day E00018
Daily mediation challenge: with this project, we try to document and publish our everyday meditation practice during 100 days. Meditation of different traditions will in the end lead to a sensation of unity, where space and joy come naturally together at ease. When space and clarity unite, we will open for the other as well as for the others. We may call this state of mind we aim to reach Zen or Dào, Samadhi or Enlightenment. But it is not so much about the words, the names. Important is to keep one’s practice with decisive continuity. It is all about to let go. We may use concepts on our way. But the goal is something beyond any boxes and conceptions. Still, from here and now, we cannot quite grasp it. To keep a positive attitude towards the coming is one of the advisable roots. Negative thoughts of course are not advisable to develop a meditation on. When we focus on watching the breath whatever thoughts may come will dissolve by themselves. By directing our energy elsewhere, they naturally cease. Let's have them fade away. Let's try to be nowhere - but in the very moment.

Ten 4 Zen
Ciao guys,
Welcome to my channel. I’m Stefania and today I’m going to show you 10 easy exercises you can do anytime during your day to practice mindfulness in movement!
Each movement is an opportunity to explore your body and the physical sensations that arise during the practice.
If you get distracted, simply acknowledge that, and consciously come back to your body and your breath.
I practice this sequence before meditating to prepare the body to sit in stillness, or when I need to move my body after being sat down for a long period of time.
You can adjust the tempo and repeat each movement as long as you like, depending if you’re looking for a quick warm-up or a longer self-exploration.
Today I kept a medium pace and the full practice took me about 20 min.

Succeeding the release of Desert Dwellers’ monumental Breath album, Amani and Treavor continue their patronage to cultural celebration and musical heritage with Breath Reimagined Vol. 1. Featuring an abundance of new-comers to the Desert Dwellers sound, this inaugural volume shall precede a trilogy of remix albums to come from the ingenious duo. Throughout Breath Reimagined, 14 brilliant producers within the psychedelic and world-fusion communities exhibit 14 euphonious recreations, each derived from one of the original 10 tracks.
Falling into an altered state of consciousness, Halfred recreates “Dreams Within a Dream” with dub bestrewn over alluring instrumentals. Once you leave your meditative state, Nanosphere merges seductive instrumentation with funky low frequencies as we continue “Traversing the Endless Road.” Forging ahead, Gumi guides you through a turbulent wind of dynamic and atmospheric beats in “Closed Eyes in a Dust Storm.” Traveling by foot, you discover the “One That Shows The Way” through MantisMash’s sonorous synths and Somatoast’s soprano rendition.
As you begin “Longing For Home,” DISSØLV raises the original downtempo piece an octave higher to create a sonic soundscape while Mindex incorporates elements of glitch. Mumukshu reinvents the original global folk “At Last, Our Refugee” track into a resounding four-minute bass voyage that overlays an accelerated tribal trap foundation. “Praise Her, the Fire Keeper” receives reimaginations from Pitch Black, who adds a bass backdrop to the tranquil piece, and TRIBONE, who takes the composition underground. As listeners continue to explore the “Realms of Splendor,” DRRTYWULVZ commences a series of bass undertones as metal continuously rattles together in Erothyme’s recreation. Globular’s Vicious Ether Remix of “To Be the Air” fosters an upbeat environment for the buoyant acoustic atmosphere. Compelling you back into deep meditation as Breath Reimagined concludes, Bluetech’s Berlin School Mix introduces Holotropic Breathwork to “Breathing the Mysteries.”

Aikido Practice: A Healing Therapy
Sharing a perspective on Aikido practice as a healing therapy is much needed in today's world. The purpose of Aikido training is the harmonization of the self with others and the world. Through purification breathing exercises and dynamic meditation or martial technique (budo) the path becomes clear - we must join our energies for a positive and exponential effect in the world.
The way that I view Aikido Practice is as a healing therapy for the body, mind and spirit. When you come into the dojo, you sit quietly for a moment with your eyes closed, looking to correct your posture, to relax, to be natural and to bring yourself into a state of mind that is connected, responsive, open, that feels it's ready, because you are in the “here and now” ready to respond to whatever is happening around you. This is very important, for us not to be isolated, trapped in our own head and not been able to respond accordingly to what is happening around us.
I like to spend a good amount of time with the breathing exercises known as “misogi” or “qigong” practice. These exercises to me are very important because deep breathing complete transforms the way your mind operates.
Your state of mind is completely linked to your breathing pattern.
