Zumbrota Covered Bridge
The Zumbrota Covered Bridge is the last remaining covered bridge in Minnesota. It was built in 1869 over the Zumbro River and was used until its replacement in 1932. It is now in a park in Zumbrota, where it is used as a walking bridge.

Zumbrota derives it's name from a corruption of the french name for the Zumbro River. It is also the home of the only covered bridge in Minnesota. Come along with us as we give you a tour throughout Zumbrota, Minnesota!

2nd Convention Day, Covered Bridge Park
After the convention in Rochester, we stopped in Zumbrota to check out their covered bridge. It was pretty cool! We took a little walk around the park and then played at the playground. It was a fun day!
UPDATE: I made a typo! It turns out that it was advertised as the only remaining original covered bridge in the state. There are other non-original covered bridges. I did find a list of all of the covered bridges, check it out!

Here they combine talents to perform “Takin’ it To the Limit,” a tribute to the Eagles. Location of the concert is Potter Auditorium in Chatfield, MN on 10-18-2014.
