JINYA Ramen Bar Celebrates Grand Opening in North Bethesda

The first JINYA Ramen Bar restaurant in Montgomery County celebrated it's grand opening Tuesday at Pike & Rose in North Bethesda.

Dozens of people waited in line for the restaurant to open it's doors at 11 a.m. The first 100 guests were treated to a free bowl of ramen.

This is the first JINYA Ramen Bar to open in Maryland and only the third in the D.C. area.

JINYA Ramen Bar specializes in authentic Japanese Tonkotsu and offers a wide variety of options, including five types of broth, a variety of handmade noodles and over 25 toppings.

930 Rose Condo at Pike & Rose

930 Rose Condos is the NEWEST condo in the North Bethesda or Rockville area. I've been involved with this condo building from the beginning launch -- giving you a first look at the premiere party.

Well, now it's complete. This video gives you an inside look before all the condos were finished, during construction. And then you get a chance to see the finished product.

There are lots of Rockville condos available, both old and new. This is in the heart of the new rebranded North Bethesda condo market.

Pike & Rose is a phenomenal new development with lots of restaurants, shops, a large health club (Sport & Health). Porsche moved its location here. Pinstripes gives you a great hangout place.

And the 930 Rose Condos are located on top of the new Canopy Hotel by Hilton. You can check out the video preview I have for that hip new hotel.

Otis Gen2 Glass Elevator at Aon Center Courtyard, Chicago, IL

The Aon Center was built in 1974 and is one of Chicago's tallest buildings. It has one of the city's best elevators. If you know about the famous 80 story elevators, The Aon Center has a courtyard with a few gardens, as well as a fountain. There are two elevators in this courtyard. Both of them were installed in 2014 and have the same fixtures as Neiman Marcus at the Oakbrook Center. They used to have Esco fixtures. I filmed the West elevator, which is the one with the locked basement. By the way, it's been a year since I filmed my first Otis Series 5 elevator. This was located at IPic Theaters in Bolingbrook. I filmed this elevator on October 27, 2018. While I was originally attended to go to the Oakbrook Center, my father learned that it was too far away. Therefore, I went with Famous Dave's in Bolingbrook instead. I would have went to Rock Bottom in Lombard on that same day. This would be nice as I would film the elevators at Westin, Ethan Allen Furniture and AMC Dine In Movie Theater.
