In the 2011 Census it had a population of 690. Feeny lies just inside the boundary of the Sperrins Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. It is situated within Causeway Coast and Glens district.

1. Carrick-A-Rede Rope Bridge Ballintoy
Carrick-a-Rede Rope Bridge is a famous rope bridge near Ballintoy in County Antrim, Northern Ireland. The bridge links the mainland to the tiny island of Carrickarede . It spans 20 metres and is 30 metres above the rocks below. The bridge is mainly a tourist attraction and is owned and maintained by the National Trust. In 2009, it had 247,000 visitors. By 2016, that had increased to 440,000 visitors. The bridge is open all year round and people may cross it for a fee.

Sperrin Mountains in the winter scenery .Fantastic very long walk and beautiful views. Sperrin Mountains are a range of mountains in Northern Ireland and one of the largest upland areas in Ireland. Sawel Mountain is a mountain in County Londonderry and County Tyrone, Northern Ireland. It is the highest peak in the Sperrin Mountains, and the 8th highest in Northern Ireland.
