Helmingham is a village in Suffolk, England, 12 miles east of Stowmarket, and 12 miles north of Ipswich. It has a population of 170, increasing to 186 at the 2011 Census. It retains the same name by which it was recorded in Domesday. Helmingham Hall - a large red brick quadrangular mansion - dates from the reign of Henry VIII. The ancient family of Tollemache have been seated here from an early period after settling for a while at Bentley soon after the Norman conquest. 1. Blickling Estate Blickling
Blickling is a village and civil parish in the Broadland district of Norfolk, England, about 1.5 miles north-west of Aylsham on the B1354 road. According to the 2001 census it had a population of 136 and covers 862 hectares , falling to 113 at the 2011 Census. Since the 17th century the village has been concentrated in two areas, around the church and also at the park gates of Blickling Hall. Most of the village is contained in the Blickling Estate, which has been owned by the National Trust since 1940.

Wyken Hall Plant & Craft Fair (April 2018)

Wyken Hall Vineyards plays host to an annual craft and plant fair held at the end of April. Sadly in 2018 the weather was awful, falling between the hot weather of the week before and cold weather of the chosen date. It was wet, a cold wind and only about 5 Degrees!

Still, the hardy gardeners managed a visit!
