撮影：July 2017 JAPAN 北海道の旭川から車で40分で、近隣の富良野市と共に北海道を代表する観光地として知られのが美瑛町。丘陵風景と花の風景が人気で、海外から観光客も多い。美瑛の丘の特徴は何といってもさまざまな農作物がおりなすパッチワーク。美瑛の北側、十勝岳をバックに、色とりどりの畑が広がるなだらかな丘の中を、農道が走り、「パッチワークの路」と呼ばれる道路が続く。毎年、育てる作物を変えていることから、緑や黄色、茶色などのカラフルな畑が点在。それがパッチワークのように見えることから、名付けられました。さらにCMやポスターなどに使用され、「ケンとメリーの木」、「マイルドセブンの丘」など美しい景色が広がっています。

So this is day 2 of living in a van in Japan, and finding the best places in Hokkaido. On this second day we will be driving from Kutchan to Shakotan and sleeping in the van at bikuni kodomari beach. This was an amazing day in Hokkaido getting to see cape Kamui and cape Shakotan,.
