1. Cape Spencer Lighthouse Saint John
The Cape Spencer Light is an active lighthouse on the Bay of Fundy east of Saint John, New Brunswick. There have been several towers at this site: the first was a wooden house built in 1873, which was succeeded by a concrete tower in 1918. The present fiberglass tower was erected in 1983 to replace a skeletal tower first lit in 1971.

Partridge Island is a Canadian island located in the Bay of Fundy off the coast of Saint John, New Brunswick, within the city's Inner Harbour. The island is a provincial historic site and was designated a National Historic Site of Canada in 1974. It lies on the west side of the mouth of the Saint John River. During the American Revolution, in 1780, six British troops from Major Timothy Hierlihy's corps, under the command of Lieut. Wheaton, attacked eight American privateers in a house they were occupying on Partridge island. The British killed three of the privateers and the other five were taken prisoner.Partridge Island was first established as a quarantine station and pest house in 1785 by the Saint John Royal Charter, which also set aside the island for use as a navigational aid statio...

St. Martins is a village on the Bay of Fundy in Saint John County, New Brunswick, Canada. The village was founded as Quaco by 1783 by soldiers from the disbanded loyalist King’s Orange Rangers. It was incorporated in 1967. Led by shipbuilders such as James Moran, it was the third most productive shipbuilding town in the Maritimes, producing over 500 ships. Kingston is a city in eastern Ontario, Canada. It is on the eastern end of Lake Ontario, at the beginning of the St. Lawrence River and at the mouth of the Cataraqui River . New Brunswick surprised us in so many ways. From kayaking some of the highest tides in the world to the walking around the historic streets of Fredericton, we experienced so much in such little time. We walked on the ocean floor during low tide, rappelled down a cliff at Cape Enrage, went back in time at King's Landing, zip-lined over a canyon in Grand Falls, and stumbled across a military ceremony in Fredericton where we got to see a new commanding officer take charge complete with a marching band, marching soldiers, and the opportunity to go inside a LAV.

Canada's Road to 150 is a 150-day Canada-wide multimedia road trip celebrating Canada's 150th birthday by exploring the uniqueness of this country provincially and collectively while answering the question; What makes Canada special?

We will drive to and through every driveable province and territory, showcasing Canada's natural beauty and regional attractions while interviewing Canadians of all cultures and backgrounds, including local celebrities, immigrants, refugees, and everyday rural and urban Canadians. Our aim is to dig deep into what makes Canada such an incredibly inspiring country while showing off the best of Canada's tourism to Canadians and to the world.

From the world's highest tides on the Bay of Fundy to warm swimming waters on the Gulf of St. Lawrence, the sightseeing pleasures of New Brunswick may come as a surprise. The province is virtually rectangular in shape, bordering Québec, Nova Scotia, Prince Edward Island, and the U.S. State of Maine.

The largest cities are Saint John, Moncton, and the provincial capital, Fredericton. But among the dense forests (which cover more than three-quarters of the province), rivers divide the land into shallow valleys with good farmland. Along the coast, New Brunswick has a relatively mild maritime climate. Inland, on the other hand, there are mostly continental extremes of temperature with hot, dry summers and cold, snowy winters.
