Ulefoss is the administrative centre of Nome municipality in Telemark, Norway. Its population is 2,699.Ulefoss is located near the border between Telemark and Grenland. It occupies both sides of Ulefoss falls on the river Eidselva. Ulefoss is one of Norway's oldest industrial communities, with sawmill operations dating from the 1400s, with mining and ironworks operation from the 1600s. Ulefoss is still largely an industrial site with a number of people employed in these traditional industries. Ulefos Jernværk is an iron foundry located at Ulefoss. Nature Attractions In Ulefoss

1. Gaustatoppen Rjukan
Gaustatoppen is the highest mountain in the county Telemark in Norway which lies in the municipality Tinn and Hjartdal. The view from the summit is impressive, as one can see an area of approximately 60,000 km², one sixth of Norway's mainland. The mountain is popular for downhill skiing in winter, and competitions have been held on its slopes. These competitions include the Norseman triathlon, billed as the world's most brutal iron-distance triathlon. It starts in Eidfjord and finishes at the top of Gaustatoppen. The summit is accessible on foot in the summer, on a rocky pathway of medium difficulty, although the southern side of the mountain is very dangerous and inaccessible. The wreckage of an airplane crash lies there, as it is too difficult to remove it.

Ett reisemål. Tusen muligheter. Velg Telemark; Telemark gir deg rike opplevelser. Fra idylliske skjærgården til majestetiske høyfjell. Fra fantastiske vandreturer til snørike skiløyper i Norges største skiregion. Fra kampen om tungtvannet på Vemork til eventyrlige Telemarkskanalen. Fra fruktbygder og Heddal stavkirke til Hardangerviddas massive fjellnatur med Solspeilet som lyser utover hele Telemark. Ja, vi har mange varierte og spennende opplevelser å by på. Hallo Leute. Ich bin mit Sascha bischen im wald rumgewuselt und dort haben wir schön nen ruhigen gemacht. Sind knappe 8 km gelaufen bis wir diesen herrlichen ort gefunden haben. Dann war gemütlich machen angesagt mit angeln,feuern und rumhängen.

An diesem Tage ging es den Berg wieder runter.
Die sollte der Vorletzte Tag drausen sein.
Wir hatten echt gutes Wetter und die Sonne brannte uns quasi Löcher in die Haut.

Auch wenn es anstrengend war.....ich wäre jedes mal wieder mit von der Partie....

Outdoor in Norwegen, Wandern, Angeln, Feuern und Hängematte

Hi Leute. Erste solo übernachtung 2017 am Trytekjenna in der schönen Telemark.
Angeln frei und das schönste hotel zimmer was man sich vorstellen kann.
Bei mir um die ecke ist an 99% der seen das angeln frei. Das ist ein bischen unterschiedlich von region zu region doch es gibt viele plätze wo angeln nix kostet. Das zimmer, ob hängematte oder 8 personen tippi, ist auch gratis und jeder darf solange er 180 meter von bewohnten häusern entfernt ist, zelten/campen/abhängen. Auf privatgrundstück ist dies auf 12 std. beschränkt.
Hoffe es gefällt und über nen daumen hoch würde ich mich freuen.
