Neighboring provinces are from the north clockwise Chaco , Corrientes, Entre Ríos, Buenos Aires, Córdoba, and Santiago del Estero. Together with Córdoba and Entre Ríos, the province is part of the economico-political association known as the Center Region. Santa Fe's most important cities are Rosario , the capital Santa Fe , Rafaela , Villa Gobernador Gálvez , Venado Tuerto , Reconquista , and Santo Tomé . The adult literacy rate in the province is 96.3%

    Palermo is a neighborhood, or barrio of the Argentine capital, Buenos Aires. It is located in the northeast of the city, bordering the barrios of Belgrano to the north, Almagro and Recoleta to the south, Villa Crespo and Colegiales to the west and the Río de la Plata river to the east. With a total area of 17.4 km2 , Palermo is the largest neighborhood in Buenos Aires. As of 1991 it had a population of 256,927 inhabitants .     The Parque Alem is a large public park in Rosario, province of Santa Fe, Argentina. It is located in the north of the city, beside the Paraná River, overlooking its islands. Its name is a homage to 19th-century political leader Leandro Alem; the park features a heroic statue in his honor. The park includes amusement games for children, a cultural center, a public pool complex, a camping site of the Municipal Workers Union, and the piers of the Fishermen's Center. The mouth of the Ludueña Stream marks its northern border. Close to the park lie the stadium of the Rosario Central football team and the Sorrento thermal power plant.

    The Parque Urquiza is a public urban park in Rosario, Argentina. It is located in the southeastern end of the city center, on top of the Paraná River ravines. It is bordered by 3 de Febrero St., the coastal Belgrano Avenue, Chacabuco St. and the beginning of Pellegrini Avenue. Its name is an homage to General Justo José de Urquiza, President of the Argentine Confederation from 1854 to 1860. The park hosts an open-air stage , the Municipal Astronomic Complex , a large bas-relief called The Sower, a monument to General Urquiza, and the former Rosario station of the Ferrocarril Oeste Santafesino, as well as a fountain, a number of sculptures, sports fields and recreation areas.
