Guinea Drone Flight: Guinea is a country in West Africa, bordered on the west by the Atlantic Ocean. Its known for the Mount Nimba Strict Nature Reserve, in the southeast. The reserve protects a forested mountain range rich in native plants and animals, including chimpanzees and the viviparous toad. On the coast, the capital city, Conakry, is home to the modern Grand Mosque and the National Museum, with its regional artifacts. The sandy beaches of the Loos Islands, near Conakry, are backed by thick palm forests. To the north, Cape Verga has popular beach towns like Bel Air as well as more remote, undeveloped beaches. Fouta Djallon is a highland area in central Guinea. It has rolling grasslands, high mountain peaks and layered sandstone formations eroded over time to create jungle canyons and deep gorges. Two cascades combine to form Bridal Veil Waterfall near the town of Kindia. Native wild dogs roam Badiar Transboundary National Park, on the Senegal border. Guinea-Bissau Drone Flight: Guinea-Bissau is a tropical country on West Africas Atlantic coast thats known for national parks and wildlife. The forested, sparsely populated Bijagós archipelago is a protected biosphere reserve. Its main island, Bubaque, forms part of the Orango Islands National Park, a habitat for saltwater hippos. On the mainland, the capital, Bissau, is a port with Portuguese colonial buildings in its old city center. Near the Senegal border in the north, Varela is a notable beach community in Varela National Park, reached over rugged terrain from the town of São Domingos. Bordering a nearby river, Rio Cacheu Mangroves Natural Park is a habitat for migrating birds. Theres hiking and boating in Cantanhez Forest National Park, near the countrys southern tip. Lagoas de Cufada Natural Park, farther north, is a wetlands region full of marshes and river channels. Let's Travel have just returned from a fantastic trip to Papua New Guinea where we discovered the rough and tumble of Port Moresby and Mt Hagen, and the gentleness of the Karawari and Madang regions. What an unbelievable country! Can't wait to return!!!
Agumatsa waterfalls
The Agumatsa waterfalls are in the Volta Region, close to the border to Togo. Actually the water comes from Togo and the border is right on top of these mountains. The waterfalls are one of the tourist attractions in this region.
After dancing, singing and talking to us our tour guide was a totally different person on our walk back;-)
It was a great break out session during our roadtrip.
