And how does the paradisiacal destination, only 300 kilometers from Fortaleza, remain untouched?
With lively restaurants, lively bars, and walking shoes, it offers programs for all tastes. Also, people come to enjoy the sky, always filled with stars.
The lagoons, by the way, are the best beaches of Jeri. The main one is Jijoca, divided in two parts: Lagoa Azul , rustic and with simple tents; And Lagoa do Paraíso , with comfortable lodges and restaurants offering colorful hammocks in the water!
The beach in the center of Jericoacoara, frequented by windsurfers in particular, has as a highlight the dune of the Pôr do Sol . Every day, in the late afternoon, natives and tourists climb the hill 30 meters of sand to enjoy the spectacle of the sun plunging into the sea. Then the village turns into a party! -

Prea is undeveloped quiet kiteboarding spot!
If you like night life, stay Jericoacoara, but very hard to kite in Jeri If you don't know where you can stay.I heard there are many rocks in the water, you need to know where shouldn't stay..
We met some local kite people in Jeri, and shared car from Jeri to Prea.They paid local price and we paid 10 times more. Jeri drivers are not good and of course local people didn't help for how much we paid.
If you want to visit jeri from Prea, make sure get driver from Prea.
If you don't know Portuguese, Spanish.. be careful. We thought kitesurfers are help each other, but not really..
Don't kite front of kite school. They are not really welcome you.
First day of prea was really bad. We were kiting front of kite school (near the PREA' photo zone) because we didn't know where we can stay. Kite school owner came to us and said You can't teach here where do you stay? what is the hotel name?
Every kite girl is learning? excuse me?
Finally we found this place, and really enjoyed!! Kiteboarding in front of the hotel. Pousada Kite Mania
We were thinking to go more north side, but just stopped in Prea. Because of this place! The owner is very kind. The room has good price and clean. Everyday cleaning is perfect!
