We end the episode with a visit to Tiwanaku, UNESCO site, Copacabana's famous Isla del Sol Sun Island and Lake Titicaca and attempt to climb Huayna Potosi and bike the world's most dangerous Dead Road, Yungas Rd. We'll try out many of Bolivia famous food including, Mocochinchi, Fritanga, and Silpancho.

This week we're in Cabo Frio & Arraial do Cabo in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil!
Crystal clear turquoise waters, stunning sunsets and fantastic boat tours are only a fraction of what Cabo Frio and Arraial do Cabo in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil offer tourists looking for a relaxing holiday with a hint of adventure.
We spent 6 days between these popular coastal towns, staying with a host in Cabo Frio and at the brand new Hostel Caravela in Arraial do Cabo where we enjoyed air conditioning, fresh linen and towels and breakfast each day.
Only 5 minutes walk away were a number of different restaurants ranging from Brazilian self serve to Italian and Japanese. Then we had beautiful beaches either side of us which boasted immaculately clear water and magical sunsets in the evening.
On day 2 of our stay in Arraial do Cabo we decided to take a boat tour with Bardot Brazil out to some of the most pristine beaches we’ve ever seen. They even call it the “Caribbean of Brazil” – seriously your mouth will drop. Especially when you see the turtles!

A tour of Port Lockroy, Antarctica
Ylna Grams, base leader at Port Lockroy, outpost of the British empire on the Antarctic peninsula, takes Emily Payne on a tour of the facility. Though now unused, the harbour was used for whaling between 1911 and 1931 and British military operations (Operation Tabarin) during World War II. It continued to operate as a British research station until 1962, at which point it was left to ruin.
In 1996 Port Lockroy was renovated and is now a museum and post office operated by the United Kingdom Antarctic Heritage Trust. It is designated as Historic Site no. 61 under the Antarctic Treaty and one of the most popular tourist destinations in Antarctica. Proceeds from the small souvenir shop fund the upkeep of the site and other historic sites and monuments in Antarctica.
