We all like to fantasise about being rich and what we'd spend our millions on. Well, some celebrities don't think twice. They buy a private jet. And some of them are amazing. Let's take a look.
1. Mark Cuban
The owner of the Dallas Mavericks, landed himself in the Guinness Book of World Records as “the largest single e-commerce transaction” with this Boeing 767-277 ($144.1 Million) bought online in 1999. Later, he modified it with large, custom seats to give his players plenty of leg room while flying.
2. Tom Cruise
He has the finest celebrity private jet, a Gulfstream IV ($36 Million), which can accommodate up to 19 passengers, and automatically refreshes the air inside the cabin every two minutes. It is powered by two Rolls-Royce Tay 611-8 engines, propelling the aircraft to a maximum altitude of 45,000 feet at speeds of up to Mach 0.8. I guess he was hooked after Top gun.
3. Jackie Chan
He has recently purchased a brand new Embraer Legacy 650 ($30 Million) for its quiet, roomy cabins and its air of luxury. This aircraft is divided into work, play and rest areas, of course with WI-FI throughout. You can tell Jackie Chan is coming because he has a custom-painted dragon on the exterior. A very cool plane!
4. Oprah Winfrey
Oprah has an incredible Bombardier Global Express XRS ($42 Million) that features designer fixtures in the bathroom and galley, along with an exquisite all-leather interior. It also has aesthetically-placed lighting, and additional luxury amenities. This plane can easily cross the globe with only one refuel stop.
5. Jay-Z
This Bombardier Challenger 850 Learjet ($40 Million) tricked out with all the good stuff was a present from Beyonce. Inside it features a living room with cream leather furniture, a master bedroom, two bathrooms, and a kitchen. Would you expect anything less from Beyonce?
6. Donald Trump
Donald Trump decided that he wanted a plane 20 years ago, so he acquired a Boeing 727-23 ($3 Million to $8 Million) and placed his 23-carat gold leaf Trump logo on its side. He did some improvements when he purchased the plane from the Microsoft co-founder, Paul Allen, adding leather armchairs, personal high-tech TVs, Waterford crystal lamps and gold-plated seatbelt buckles, a master bedroom, a guest bedroom, a dining room, a lounge, and a VIP conference room. And it can take up to 32 passengers. It's the envy of the airways.
7. Jim Carrey
Jim looks for safety and there's nothing better for it than this Gulfstream V ($59 Million). But he is also smart because when it's not in use you can rent this 16-passenger plane and travel near the speed of sound while cruising up to 51,000 feet in the skies. Jim Carrey knows how to do the things properly.
8. Bill Gates
World famous Bill Gates currently owns one of the most luxurious aircraft in the world, a Bombardier BD-700 Global Express ($40 Million). This amazing plane can travel at the speed of sound (Mach 1) up to 9,300 km non-stop. It has capacity of up to 18 passengers. Can you imagine travelling in one of these?
9. John Travolta
John Travolta, loves planes and is and excellent pilot. He also owns no less than 5 of them (3 Gulfstream jets, 1 Boeing 707-138 and 1 Lear jet). The biggest and most impressive is his Boeing 707-138 that he bought in 1998. Imagine a whole passenger plane just for yourself!
10. Jimmy Buffett
Instead of buying a new plane, this singer has been restoring and improving his Grumman HU-16 Albatross or the “Hemisphere Dancer” as he called it ($62,180) when he bought it in 1990. The truth is, this is a real gem, and is completely personalized.

Takanakuy: Fistfighting in the Andes
Once a year around Christmas in the Peruvian Andes, the whole town gets together to dance, drink and beat the hell out of each other.
Christmas festivities vary widely around the world, and are widely a steaming crock of boring shit. Ooh, Swedish girls wear a crown of candles the night before Chistmas? Please tell me more about this scintillating national cust-snzzzZZZZZZZZZ.
In the Peruvian Andes, folks know how to celebrate the season right. What they do is, they put on a colorful ski-mask, dress up like Mad Max mountain bikers, tie a dead eagle to their heads, and get drunk and dance for about a week straight. Then, come Christmas morning, they all gather together in the middle of town and beat the baby bejesus out of each other. Now we're talking, right?
The festival is called Takanakuy and its equal parts sporting event, indigenous display of hypermasculine defiance in the face of all the lilywhite metropolitan sissies in Lima, and makeshift judicial system. The province of Chumbivilcas, where Takanakuy takes place, has about three cops total and is a stomach-wrecking 10-hour drive through the mountains to the nearest courthouse. So if you've got a beef with a neighbor or someone's taken your girl or sheep, you don't go crying about it to some judge. You bury it away until Christmas, then get yourself all beered up and exact some Andean justice with your fists and feet. Guys, girls, little kids, old drunk men in high-waisted pants; everybody in town fights at Takanakuy.
This year we decided to forego the annual family snoozefest and head into the mountains of Peru to test our mettle against the some of the hardiest people from one of the harshest environments in the Americas. We hope you like it, since it broke our mothers' hearts.

Haedong Yonggung Temple (Hangul: 해동 용궁사) is a Buddhist temple in Gijang-gun, Busan, South Korea. The temple was built in 1376 by the teacher known as Naong during the Goryeo Dynasty, and was originally known as Bomun Temple (보문사). It was destroyed during the Japanese invasions of Korea (1592–98) but was rebuilt in the 1930s, and was renamed Haedong Yonggung Temple in 1974. The temple complex is a large one and one of few in Korea to be set on the seaside. As such, combined with its proximity to Haeundae Beach and the east side of Busan, the temple is popular with sightseers, particularly during Buddha's Birthday celebrations when the complex is decorated with paper lanterns.
