This was our first trip to South America and after a short stop in Bogota, we landed in Ecuador. The first city on our list was Guayaquil from which we moved on to Papallacta, Montanita, Quito, and others. Guayaquil is beautiful, has a lot of nature to explore, and a KOSHER RESTAURANT, which, if you're Jewish, means A LOT! :)

_Guanajuato is a city in central Mexico. It's known for its silver mining history and colonial architecture. Its network of narrow streets, alleyways and tunnels is typified by the Callejón del Beso (Alley of the Kiss), so named because the balconies are close enough for a couple to reach across and kiss. In a former granary, the Alhóndiga de Granaditas is an art and local history museum with pre-Columbian exhibits.

YSF - South Dade Farms in Jeopardy (Full Segment)
Since becoming law in 1994, the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA) has had mixed results. Meant to boost the economies of the United States, Canada and Mexico, some U.S. industries have thrived while others, like farming, have suffered. Her in South Florida, vegetable growers are struggling to make a profit – forced to compete with cheaper, Mexican imports that are flooding the U.S. market. As a result, south Dade, which once boasted 30 tomato farms now have four in operation.
As the renegotiation of NAFTA continues, we hear from worried Dade farmers in a profile produced by the Iowa Public Television (IPTV) series Market to Market. Plus, we speak with Miami-Dade County Commissioner Daniella Levine Cava and the Dade Farm Bureau’s Executive Director Jorge Abreu to learn more about the impact of NAFTA, and how consumers can help.

Narrated Random Mediocre Drivelapse With Tangents: Touring part of San Francisco randomly by car
49-minute, 11.6-mile, 149-block narrated drive-lapse tour wandering randomly through parts of San Francisco, discussing history and other points of interest that we encounter along the way. No exciting accidents or anything like that, just me driving around literally randomly on a Thursday evening in August and blabbing about stuff -- sort of a drivelapse crossed with a (low key, somewhat cheesy perhaps?) travel or history documentary. With both new and archival material, occasionally going off on short tangents on various subjects. We do see a few bad drivers along the way (myself included at one point) and some jay-walkers of course.
Two cameras in the car, although mostly just using the main camera, which unfortunately I set a bunch of settings incorrectly on and didn’t mount very well, which leads to a few minor video “idiosyncrasies”, which is part of the reason for the “mediocre” in the title. Instrumented with dynamic maps, position, speed, clock time and playback speed.
By the way, this is the first 1440p (UHD) video I’ve uploaded to this channel. I’ll be interested to know if anyone actually watches it in 1440p.
