This is the first day of my Russian trip. I am in Omsk. In this video, you can see how to get a tourist sim in Russia. Also, you will come to know how to get Russian Ruble. Instead of using a money exchanger I used an ATM which had its services available in English. Surprisingly, I got an excellent exchange rate by using the ATM. I have shared the ATM's receipt and the SMS I got from my Indian bank in the video. I don't know this happened because of the Indian bank or it was a special feature of the Russian bank which owns the ATM. I can recommend this bank's ATM to every traveller as it gives a better exchange rate.

Here you will find backpacking videos on how to travel the world continuously as a digital nomad. I promise a lot of adventures and fun as well as practical tips on how to stay on the road for longer.
My name is Duarte de Zoeten, I am a digitalnomad a bakpacker and a travelvlogger. I first started solo travelling almost two years ago now. On that first trip backpacking alone around New Zealand, Indonesia and Thailand, I discovered I have an insatiable wanderlustbug. The freedom and adventure had a huge effect on me. Soon, I started to wonder how to travel non stop. Permanent travel, as they call it, was for me an impossible dream reserved only for the luckiest and most successful travek blogger. People who are location independant and can travel to all countries in the world seemed like a thing from another galaxy.
After living a semi-nomadic lifestyle (no more than 4 months in the same place) in the Netherlands, London, Lisbon and New York I decided to take it to the next level and quit my job to travel. Becoming a digital nomad is not as difficult as it seems, all you need is to be persistent and before you know it you travel permenantly around the world. My approach now is to freelance and travel continuously and most of the times travelling alone as it frees me in a way that only a solo travler will know.
I have decided to start a daily travel blog or travel vlogg on how travelling continuously can be a reality for everyone. Travel nonstop, become the bakpaker who wants to travel all countries in the world and become nomad to enjoy the ultimate freedom reserved only to those willing to break from the dullness of certainty and a 9 to 5 job.

This was a tough day in Russia. It was freezing cold and I was not able to find my hostel. This was a different experience in Russia. Watch this video to see the glimpse of the third largest city of Russia, Novosibirsk. It is also known the capital of Siberia as its the biggest city of Siberian region in Russia. I stayed in a hostel called 'Twenty 7' for two nights. You will also see few pictures of the hostel and meet a wonderful traveller whom I admired a lot.
