    FAU Stadium is a college football stadium located at the north end of the main campus of Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton, Florida. Opened in 2011, it is home to the Florida Atlantic Owls football team and is intended to be the first part of FAU's multi-use development project, Innovation Village. After selecting an architect in 2008, the university began to raise funds for the $70 million facility with the intent to begin construction in 2009. The $70 million stadium was funded through student fees, private donations, and naming rights partnerships, some of which have yet to be determined.   • 2. Mizner Park Cultural Arts Center Boca Raton
    Mizner Park is a lifestyle center in downtown Boca Raton, Florida. The center includes eateries Max's Grille, Racks Downtown Eatery + Tavern, Yard House, and Villagio's. The Centre for the Arts at Mizner Park is located on the north end of the development, which includes an amphitheatre, the Boca Raton Museum of Art and Carré d'artistes, part of an international network featuring over 600 emerging artists. In the fall of 2011, Lord & Taylor announced a store to open at the center. The store opened in the summer of 2013. Cooper Carry designed Mizner as a classical Mediterranean revival town center. It is named for architect Addison Mizner, founder of Boca Raton.
