Effondrement du barrage au Brésil, barragem Vale, Brumadinho
Le bilan de la catastrophe de Brumadinho est passé samedi de 115 à 121 morts et plus de 200 disparus, depuis la rupture d’un barrage dans le sud-est du Brésil le 25 janvier, ont annoncé les autorités. Au neuvième jour des recherches, les pompiers de l’État de Minas Gerais ont précisé qu’il y avait encore 226 disparus et que 93 corps avaient été identifiés.
Vendredi, les télévisions locales ont diffusé une impressionnante série d’images filmées par les caméras de sécurité montrant le moment exact de la rupture du barrage. Les secours (policiers et pompiers) détenaient ces vidéos depuis le jour de la tragédie, mais avaient décidé de ne pas les divulguer afin de ne pas provoquer de panique généralisée dans la population dans les heures suivantes, a affirmé vendredi Pedro Aihara, le porte-parole des pompiers du Minas Gerais.

Localizada na divisa dos municípios de Igarapé e Itatiaiuçu, possui fácil acesso, a cerca de 6 km dea BR 381.
Trata-se de uma bela formação (do mirante próximo e juntamente com seu ombro sudoeste se parece com um animal deitado), possui aproximadamente 1434m de altitude, de onde se tem excelente visual de toda a RMBH.
Bastante utilizada para escalada, tendo inclusive várias vias, do seu topo observa-se a Serra da Piedade (ponto culminante da RMBH com 1734m); Serra do Curral, Serra do Rola Moça, Serra da Moeda, Pico Três Irmãos (Mário Campos/Brumadinho), Serra do Elefante (Mateus Leme).
A chegada ao seu cume possui algumas passagens sob pedras e outras estreitas, mas nada que necessite de equipamento técnico para tal.
