Chirala also known as Kshirapuri is a town in Prakasam district of the Indian state of Andhra Pradesh. It is a municipality and the headquarters of Chirala mandal in Ongole revenue division. As of 2011 census of India, it had a population of 87,200. It is also known as 'SMALL BOMBAY' or 'MINI MUMBAI' of South India where textiles and hand-loom are famous till date. It is also one of the main producers of Cashew Nuts in different varieties and are exported across the world.
