Babcock State Park is just minutes from our Cabins at Opossum Creek Retreat in Lansing across the New River Gorge Bridge from Fayetteville WV. Babcock is open year round however some areas are closed in the winter.

Regarding this video... I first saw these cliffs from afar back in 1994 and have always wanted to photograph from them. They are difficult to reach as there is no trail. This was my first visit to them and now I'm happy to share the views with you. Endured lots of rain and fog in the wilderness for this image. You will not see this view photographed elsewhere. Filmed March 15th and 16th, 2016 in the Allegheny Mountains.
