Eastern Norway is the geographical region of the south-eastern part of Norway. It consists of the counties Telemark, Vestfold, Østfold, Akershus, Oslo, Buskerud, Oppland and Hedmark. Eastern Norway is by far the most populous region of Norway. It contains the country's capital, Oslo, which is Norway's most populous city. In Norwegian, the region is called Østlandet and Austlandet in contrast to Vestlandet .

    The Oslo Winter Park at Tryvann is a ski resort in Oslo, Norway. It is the most used ski resort of Norway. In the 1930s, the ski slope Tryvannskleiva was constructed, and the first race was held in 1933. The ski slope was later expanded with Tommkleiva, Wyllerløypa and finally with Tryvann Ski Resort. As of winter of 2010, the resort has 14 slopes and 7 lifts.

    Oslo Bysykkel is a public bicycle sharing system in Oslo, Norway which is owned and operated by Urban Infrastructure Partner on behalf of Clear Channel Communications and in collaboration with the city of Oslo. The municipality makes outdoor advertising space available, which is used for city bike space. Oslo Bysykkel members can locate and unlock bikes with the Oslo Bysykkel app or on a screen at the stations. Bicycles can be borrowed between 06:00 and midnight, for 45 minutes at a time, with trip extensions costing 5 kroner for each additional 15 minutes. The bikes can be borrowed for a total of 6 hours and 45 minutes.
