    Valle Gran Rey is a municipality in the western part of the island La Gomera, in the province of Santa Cruz de Tenerife of the Canary Islands, Spain. The Guanche name of the area was Orone. The seat of the municipality since 1930 is La Calera; previously it was in Arure. The population was 4,240 in 2013, and the area is 32.36 square kilometres . Valle Gran Rey borders the municipality of Vallehermoso to the east, while the Atlantic Ocean lies to the west.

  • 3. Val Ferret Courmayeur
    Val Ferret is the name of the two separate valleys, departing from the Col Ferret on the border between Italy and Switzerland, on the southern and eastern sides of the Mont Blanc Massif. The Swiss valley drains northeastwards towards Orsières and on into the Rhône basin; whereas the Italian valley drains southwestwards towards Courmayeur and on into the Po basin. The two valleys are connected by a mountain footpath through Col Ferret which forms part of the 170 kilometres circular Tour du Mont Blanc route. Access to Col Ferret is forbidden for private motor vehicles, on both sides.

    RAF Beachy Head is a former Royal Air Force radar station and one of the many Chain Home Low radar stations, being situated near Beachy Head and Eastbourne in East Sussex, England. It featured a Type 16 radar that was monitored from RAF Kenley. RAF Beachy Head saw much activity in the Second World War covering the area from Brighton to Hastings from ten miles out to sea, but began to decline in importance in the 1950s.

Established in 1982, and officially opened to the public in 1999, it has been said to have the world's largest collection of Rolls-Royce cars.The museum was originally housed in a former factory owned by F. M. Hämmerle. In 2017, the museum's founder, Franz Vonier, died, and the local city and state decided to cease subsidising the museum's rent payments. The founder's successors, Bernhard and Johannes Vonier, therefore moved the museum to a smaller building nearby that they owned themselves.With less space available in the smaller building, the museum now focuses on its more special exhibits, and plans to present a new theme each year.
